If you keep the SUV clean, documented, and accident-free, you give yourself a better chance of standing out later.

Should I buy a 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Velar or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.3% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 23.42% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $40,850, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $42,382 average.
• It adds updates that improve comfort and infotainment.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model year and are comfortable shopping a market with decent deal availability, the 2025 is the cleaner default choice. If your priority is saving money up front, the 2024 is the better value path and still gives you a compelling luxury SUV option.
