The P250 comes with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine putting out 247 horsepower. The P340 features an inline six-cylinder engine with an electric supercharge; it produces 335 horsepower. The P400 features a similar setup, but here, it’s tuned to put out 395 horsepower. An eight-speed automatic transmission routes power to standard all-wheel drive (AWD). The most efficient version of the Velar is the P250, which returns fuel economy of 20 mpg city, 26 highway, and 23 combined. The P400 returns fuel economy of 19 mpg city, 25 highway, and 21 combined. The Range Rover Velar requires premium fuel. ## Interior The 2023 Range Rover Velar comes standard with leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats, push-button start, dual-zone automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, and remote keyless entry. Buyers can select options such as a heated steering wheel, ventilated front seats, and heated rear seats. The Velar provides up to 62.7 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats folded. With the rear seats in use, the Velar still offers 30.9 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seats. A power liftgate is standard equipment.
