Used 2025 Jeep Gladiator for Sale nearSanta Clarita, CA

How much does the 2025 Jeep Gladiator cost?

Prices have softened 14.35% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 2,255 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing trims and prices.

Is the 2025 Jeep Gladiator a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Jeep Gladiator earns a 5/5 user rating and a 5.33/10 expert rating. The model scores 7/10 across Look and feel and Form and function.

It stands out because it blends pickup-truck utility with open-air driving and serious off-road ability, and the removable top and doors make it unusual among trucks. That makes it a strong fit if you want something different from the usual midsize pickup formula and value a fun driving experience.

The trade-offs are clear: the Gladiator’s fuel economy is poor, its towing and payload capacity are uncompetitive relative to some rivals, and advanced safety features are not standard. The model also asks you to accept a premium for its engineering and capability rather than plush surroundings.

Good and great deals account for 40.7% of listings, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Jeep Gladiator reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Gladiator’s appeal is rooted in its distinctive hardware and purpose-built character, including open-air versatility and off-road focus. Its single powertrain and standard 4WD keep the formula straightforward, and the model’s overall setup is aimed at buyers who value capability over complexity.

Jeep includes complimentary scheduled maintenance during the first two years of ownership, which helps soften early ownership costs. The long-term risk for used buyers is that the Gladiator’s specialized design can mean more compromise if you expect conventional truck refinement.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Jeep Gladiator?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

Even with a strong clean-inventory rate, you should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection. Focus on how the truck has been used, because the Gladiator’s off-road hardware and open-air design can make condition differences more important than mileage alone.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Sport trim is the one tied to the strongest towing and payload figures, while the Mojave X and Rubicon X add leather seats and plenty of standard equipment. Base-trim buyers should pay close attention to feature gaps, especially because advanced safety features are not standard.
• Powertrain: Jeep offers a single powertrain: a 3.6-liter V6 with 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Four-wheel drive is standard, and the model is tuned more for capability than efficiency.
• Safety package: Starting with the Sport S, the Gladiator includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking and adaptive cruise control with full-stop capability. Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert is unavailable on the Sport and Nighthawk, and it is extra-cost on every other trim except the Mojave X and Rubicon X.
• Infotainment: Every 2025 Gladiator has a Uconnect 5 system with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, SiriusXM satellite radio, and eight speakers. Navigation adds Jeep Connect services, a WiFi hotspot, Alexa Built-in technology, and integrated Off-Road Trail Guides.
• Fuel efficiency: The EPA says every version should get 19 mpg combined, but the test truck returned 16.2 mpg over nearly 275 miles.

Which 2025 Jeep Gladiator trim should I buy?

The 2025 Jeep Gladiator is offered in 8 trim levels: Sport, Nighthawk, Sport S, Willys, Rubicon, Mojave, Mojave X, and Rubicon X.

Here's the short version:

• Sport: This is the entry point, and it’s the trim tied to the Gladiator’s strongest towing and payload numbers. It now adds standard power windows and door locks, making it the value play if you want the core Gladiator experience without extra frills.
• Nighthawk: This trim sits above the base model and is part of the lineup’s more style- and value-oriented middle ground. It makes sense if you want a step up from the Sport without jumping straight to the more specialized off-road versions.
• Sport S: This is the trim where forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking and adaptive cruise control with full-stop capability begin. If safety tech matters to you, this is the first trim that meaningfully broadens the equipment list.
• Willys: This trim leans into the Gladiator’s rugged character and sits among the more capability-focused choices. It’s a good fit if you want a more off-road-leaning setup without going all the way to the top-end desert or rock-crawling models.
• Rubicon: This is the off-roader in the lineup, and it’s the trim to target if trail ability is your priority. It’s the most obvious choice for buyers who want the Gladiator’s serious off-road identity.
• Mojave: Jeep describes this as the desert runner of the lineup, and it’s the trim for buyers who want off-road tuning with a different flavor. It suits shoppers who value the Gladiator’s adventure personality and want a more specialized setup.
• Mojave X: This is the best-value choice if you want a more luxurious Gladiator without losing the model’s core character. It adds leather seats, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, upgraded interior materials, expanded infotainment features, and a premium sound system.
• Rubicon X: This is the most upscale Rubicon variant, adding leather seats and plenty of standard equipment. Choose it if you want the Rubicon’s off-road focus with a richer feature set.

Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert is unavailable on the Sport and Nighthawk, and it remains extra-cost on every other trim except the Mojave X and Rubicon X.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Gladiator?

It looks like a buyer’s market if you’re shopping carefully.

• Deal availability: 40.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,255 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.35% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 96.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $40,583, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Gladiator's resale value?

The current average of $40,583 sits slightly below last year's $47,379.

That softer pricing can help you buy in at a more favorable point, but it also means future resale will depend heavily on how well the market holds up. If prices stabilize, today’s lower entry point could support a more manageable ownership cost over time.

The Gladiator’s distinctive open-air appeal and strong owner satisfaction can help sustain demand among shoppers who want something unusual. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Jeep Gladiator safe?

The 2025 Jeep Gladiator earns a four-star frontal-impact rating from NHTSA and a three-star rollover resistance rating, while IIHS results were incomplete at the time of publication. It earns a 3/10 safety score from our experts.

Jeep embeds side-curtain airbags in the overhead roll cage, bringing the total number of airbags to six. Starting with the Sport S, the Gladiator has forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking and adaptive cruise control with full-stop capability.

Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert is unavailable on the Sport and Nighthawk, and it is extra-cost on every other trim level except the Mojave X and Rubicon X. The Gladiator’s safety setup is limited enough that you should not assume higher trims automatically solve the issue.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Gladiator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 40.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.35% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It loses the manual transmission, adds special-edition models, and brings new paint colors and standard power windows and door locks on the Sport.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $37,588, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $40,583 average.
• It offers minor styling revisions, next-generation infotainment technology, and added comfort and convenience features.

The bottom line: Choose the 2025 if you want the latest pricing trend, the current-year feature mix, and the model’s distinctive open-air personality. If you’re focused on saving money upfront, the 2024 is the better value path, especially if its updated features already cover what you need.
