How much does the 2025 Hyundai Tucson cost?

Prices have softened 11.41% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 7,560 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction, and the overview backs up that appeal with a compact SUV that blends value, space, and a strong feature set. You also get a larger footprint than before, which means more rear-passenger legroom and more cargo room behind the second row. If you want a comfortable, practical daily driver with a polished cabin and lots of equipment for the money, this model year fits that use case well. The market also looks healthy, with 40.6% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview emphasizes a generous warranty, a comfortable ride, and a well-equipped package, all of which support confidence for everyday use. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright durability and more about making sure the specific vehicle has been maintained well and matches your expectations for performance.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Hyundai Tucson?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report to confirm the vehicle’s background and verify there are no hidden issues. Put inspection priority on condition, especially the cabin electronics, tires, brakes, and signs of uneven wear. Since this model is positioned as a comfort-focused compact SUV, make sure the specific example you choose feels smooth, quiet, and well cared for on a test drive.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Hyundai Tucson?

Yes — this looks like a buyer-friendly market if you’re shopping carefully and comparing listings.

• Deal availability: 40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 7,560 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.41% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $24,491, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson's resale value?

The current average of $24,491 sits slightly below last year's $27,645.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle. For a future seller, that also means resale value will depend heavily on how well you preserve condition and how competitively you price the vehicle when it’s time to sell. A well-kept example should still attract interest because the Tucson’s value proposition remains broad and easy for shoppers to understand.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Hyundai Tucson or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.41% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $23,578, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $24,491 average.
• It offers a well-rounded mix of space, style, and everyday practicality.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model year with strong market availability and a freshened cabin, the 2025 is the better primary choice. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2024 is the smarter secondary path because it undercuts the current year while still delivering the Tucson’s core strengths.
