Used 2025 Hyundai Palisade for Sale nearDurango, CO

How much does the 2025 Hyundai Palisade cost?

Prices have softened 16.92% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 5,373 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing trims and prices.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Palisade a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Hyundai Palisade earns 5/5 from users and 9/10 from our experts. The standout strength is Form and function at 10/10.

It fits well if you want a spacious, practical three-row SUV with an upscale look and thoughtful family-friendly details. The Palisade also stands out for its strong packaging, improved styling, and technology that remains fully functional even as the design ages.

The market also looks supportive, with 42.3% of listings priced as good or great deals.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Palisade reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Palisade’s reliability case is helped by its mature platform and the way it has held up well over time. Its powertrain is described as smooth and refined, and the SUV’s overall driving behavior remains composed for a vehicle of its age.

Hyundai also backs it with a long warranty and complimentary scheduled maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles, which lowers early ownership friction. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that age-related wear may show up in ride quality and electronics as mileage climbs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Hyundai Palisade?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re shopping higher-mileage examples or a trim with more equipment. Focus on condition details that matter in a family SUV: interior wear, infotainment operation, camera systems, and how the suspension feels over rough pavement.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base SE already has a clean, modern look and feel, while higher trims add more upscale materials and luxury cues. The most expensive versions bring premium leather, artificial suede, seat piping, and metal speaker grilles.
• Powertrain: Every Palisade uses a 3.8-liter V6 with 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic. It’s smooth and refined, but fuel economy is not a strong point.
• Safety package: Hyundai SmartSense includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, intersection turning assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and Highway Driving Assist. Some trims add extra features such as rear occupant alert, front parking sensors, a surround-view camera, Blind Spot View Monitor, evasive steering assist, lane-change assist functions, automatic parking brake assist, and Remote Smart Parking Assist.
• Infotainment: The Palisade uses a 12.3-inch digital driver display and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto require a cable, and wireless versions are not included.
• Fuel efficiency: The Palisade averages 22 mpg in combined driving, or 21 mpg with AWD.

Which 2025 Hyundai Palisade trim should I buy?

The 2025 Hyundai Palisade is offered in 7 trim levels: SE, SEL, XRT, SEL Premium, Limited, Calligraphy, and Calligraphy Night Edition.

Here's the short version:

• SE: This is the entry point, and it already gives you the Palisade’s upscale design and roomy three-row packaging. It makes sense if you want the lowest-cost way into the model and can live without the extra convenience and luxury features found higher up.
• SEL: This trim adds an ultrasonic rear occupant alert system, making it a smart step up for families who want more everyday peace of mind.
• XRT: The XRT adds front parking sensors and a surround-view camera, so it’s the trim to consider if parking visibility matters to you.
• SEL Premium: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds Blind Spot View Monitor, evasive steering assist, and lane-change assist functions without jumping all the way to the top of the range.
• Limited: The Limited does not improve on the SEL Premium, so it makes the most sense only if pricing or inventory lines up especially well.
• Calligraphy: This is the luxury-leaning choice, with automatic braking when parking and Remote Smart Parking Assist, plus the richest interior presentation.
• Calligraphy Night Edition: Choose this if you want the Calligraphy experience with a darker visual theme.

Hyundai SmartSense is standard, and the Palisade’s safety tech gets stronger as you move up the trim ladder.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Hyundai Palisade?

This is a buyer-friendly moment, especially if you’re comparing multiple listings and waiting for the right price.

• Deal availability: 42.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 5,373 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.92% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 92.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,983, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Hyundai Palisade's resale value?

The current average of $34,983 sits slightly below last year's $42,109.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point. For a future seller, that also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim desirability rather than broad market momentum alone.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Palisade safe?

The 2025 Hyundai Palisade earns a Top Safety Pick from IIHS through 2024, but a Poor result in the updated moderate overlap frontal-impact test kept it from repeating that honor in 2025. It earns five-star frontal impact and four-star rollover resistance ratings from NHTSA.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Hyundai SmartSense is standard and includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, intersection turning assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and Highway Driving Assist. HDA combines adaptive cruise control with lane-centering assist for hands-on highway driving support.

Some trims add useful upgrades: SEL brings rear occupant alert, XRT adds front parking sensors and a surround-view camera, SEL Premium adds Blind Spot View Monitor plus evasive steering assist and lane-change assist functions, and Calligraphy adds automatic braking when parking and Remote Smart Parking Assist.

The main caveat is the updated IIHS frontal-impact result, which is worth keeping in mind if crash-test performance is a top priority for you.

Should I buy a 2025 Hyundai Palisade or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 42.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.92% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2025 adds SEL Premium as a trim level and gives the XRT more standard equipment.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $33,838, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $34,983 average.
• It offers a terrific family-hauler setup with upscale materials and thoughtful amenities.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It is a redesigned version with meaningful improvements over the outgoing model.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of price, inventory, and proven appeal, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If you’re focused on spending less, the 2024 is the better value play. If you’d rather wait for the redesigned version, the 2026 should be the upgrade path.
