How much does the 2025 Honda CR-V cost?

Prices have softened 3.78% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 7,181 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing prices and trims.

Is the 2025 Honda CR-V a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Honda CR-V earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction.

Owners consistently praise its excellent fuel efficiency, comfortable interior, and top-notch tech features. The review summary also highlights its handling and performance as standout qualities, while the overview shows why it fits so many buyers: it is practical, roomy, and easy to live with every day.

With 34.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful chance to find a competitive offer if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Honda CR-V reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The review summary reinforces that impression by emphasizing the CR-V’s dependable ownership experience, along with its comfortable interior and efficient operation. The broader vehicle description also points to a long-running reputation for reliability and trouble-free everyday use.

For used buyers, that combination suggests lower ownership anxiety over time, especially if you verify maintenance history and buy a well-kept example.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Honda CR-V?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report to confirm there are no hidden incidents, title issues, or inconsistent mileage records. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check the brakes, tires, suspension, electronics, and any signs of uneven wear. Focus especially on overall condition and maintenance quality, since a clean history does not replace a careful hands-on evaluation.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Honda CR-V?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting a deep buyer’s-market discount.

• Deal availability: 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 7,181 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.78% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $31,242, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Honda CR-V's resale value?

The current average of $31,242 sits slightly below last year's $32,469.

That price movement suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also mean future resale gains are more gradual. If you plan to sell later, a softer entry price can reduce your upfront cost, but the model’s value retention will still depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Honda CR-V or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.78% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the right pick if you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction, clean inventory, and softer pricing in this generation. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby model years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2025’s stronger market position and buyer appeal.
