Used 2025 Dodge Durango for Sale nearTonkawa, OK

How much does the 2025 Dodge Durango cost?

Prices have softened 19.45% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 4,326 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for comparison shopping.

Is the 2025 Dodge Durango a good car?

The 2025 Dodge Durango earns a 7.17/10 expert rating.

The standout strength is Form and function at 9/10.

It remains a likable, if flawed, midsize three-row SUV with a roomy, comfortable, and practical interior, plus a modern infotainment system. The trade-offs are clear: you give up fuel efficiency and some polish in exchange for strong performance and a family-friendly layout.

The main compromises are its unquenchable thirst for fuel and its basic package of safety features.

With 37.4% of listings priced as good or great deals, you have a decent amount of market flexibility if you want to shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Dodge Durango reliable?

The 2025 Dodge Durango is presented as an older design that has aged remarkably well, but it also carries the limitations that come with long-running engineering.

Its performance story is straightforward: you get strong powertrains, a comfortable and practical cabin, and a modern infotainment setup. That combination points to a vehicle that can still feel satisfying in daily use, especially if you value capability and space over the latest redesign.

The expert notes also emphasize that the Durango’s age shows up most clearly in its safety and efficiency compromises, not in its core usefulness. The available maintenance perk language is not included here.

For used buyers, the long-term ownership risk is that age-related wear and dated hardware may matter more than the Durango’s strengths if you plan to keep it for many years.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Dodge Durango?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are considering a higher-performance or heavily optioned example. Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and signs of hard use, since this model’s appeal often comes from power and equipment rather than simplicity.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The lineup is pared back for 2025, with the GT, R/T, and SRT Hellcat remaining, plus special editions such as the R/T 20th Anniversary Edition and the Hellcat Last Call models. The base GT is the most affordable entry point, while the higher trims add more visual attitude, stronger performance, and more premium cabin materials.
• Powertrain: The GT uses a 295-horsepower 3.6-liter V6, the R/T uses a 360-hp 5.7-liter V8, and the SRT Hellcat uses a 710-hp supercharged 6.2-liter V8. All use an eight-speed automatic, with RWD standard only on the GT and AWD standard on the R/T and SRT Hellcat.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors. Available upgrades add adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, front parking sensors, and trailer detection for blind-spot monitoring.
• Infotainment: Every 2025 Durango gets a 10.1-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, native navigation, SiriusXM 360L, Dodge Connect, SiriusXM Guardian, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, dual-phone Bluetooth pairing, Alexa compatibility, and wireless smartphone charging.
• Fuel efficiency: The SRT Hellcat is rated at 12/17/13 mpg in city/highway/combined driving.

Which 2025 Dodge Durango trim should I buy?

The 2025 Dodge Durango is offered in 3 trim levels: GT, R/T, SRT Hellcat.

Here's the short version:

• GT: This is the entry point and the best-value choice if you want the Durango’s core formula without paying for V8 power. It gives you the standard V6, rear-wheel drive, and the full modern infotainment setup, making it the sensible pick for shoppers who care most about price and everyday usability.
• R/T: This is the step-up trim if you want a stronger V8 and standard AWD without going all the way to the Hellcat. It adds more performance and capability while staying more attainable than the top model, so it makes sense if you want the Durango’s muscle-car personality in a more balanced package.
• SRT Hellcat: This is the choice for maximum performance, with the supercharged V8, standard AWD, and the most aggressive hardware in the lineup. It suits you if you want the most extreme Durango experience and are willing to accept the fuel-economy penalty.

The safety package is short by modern standards, and the available driver-assistance upgrades are worth seeking out if you want the most complete setup.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Dodge Durango?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.

• Deal availability: 37.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 4,326 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.45% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,382, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Dodge Durango's resale value?

The current average of $34,382 sits slightly below last year's $42,681.

That drop suggests the market has moved in buyers’ favor, which can help you if you are shopping now but may work against you if you plan to sell soon. A softer price environment usually means your future resale value may not rebound quickly unless demand strengthens.

If you buy at the right price, you can reduce the risk of taking a bigger depreciation hit later. If you are a seller, the current trend points to a market that is still adjusting downward.

Is the 2025 Dodge Durango safe?

The 2025 Dodge Durango earns a four-star overall rating from NHTSA, along with a three-star rollover resistance rating for AWD models.

It earns a 4/10 safety score from our experts.

The standard safety suite includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors. Available upgrades add adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, front parking sensors, and trailer detection for the blind-spot warning system.

The main caveat is that the Durango’s crash-test performance is a concern, especially in the small overlap frontal-impact test, and its safety hardware is basic by modern standards.

Should I buy a 2025 Dodge Durango or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 37.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.45% compared with last year.
• It is the final-year version with a simplified lineup and strong performance focus.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It is the oldest new vehicle on sale, yet still offers strong power and modern practicality.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of current-year pricing, inventory, and final-run appeal, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If you are more price-sensitive and want to compare against a newer model-year perspective, the 2026 is worth a look for its continued emphasis on power and value.
