Should I buy a 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 40.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.97% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $38,111, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $45,246 average.
• It offers a more established first full-year version of Cadillac’s electric SUV.

The bottom line: Choose the 2025 if you want the stronger current-market mix of pricing, inventory, and clean listings. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2024 is the better value path and may be the smarter move for price-sensitive buyers.
