Used 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ for Sale near Florida

How much does the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ cost?

Prices have softened 16.89% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 173 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ a good car?

The 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ earns a 5.7/10 expert rating, and Cadillac positions it as an electric luxury SUV that stands out for its sheer size, presence, and upscale feel.

The standout strength is Look and feel at 8/10.

It brings a hard-to-ignore exterior and a posh interior, and it also comes with standard advanced safety features. The trade-offs are clear: it drives as big as it looks, the tech can feel like quantity over quality, and high-power charging is mandatory for road trips.

For you, that means the Escalade IQ makes the most sense if you want a full-size electric luxury SUV that prioritizes space, presence, and ambition over simplicity. 27.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so there is some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ reliable?

The Escalade IQ is presented as a new electric luxury SUV with a large battery pack, standard dual-motor AWD, and a focus on long-range capability rather than efficiency. Its performance setup is described as delivering strong output, and Cadillac says the vehicle can recover range quickly on a high-power DC charger.

The battery pack is central to the vehicle’s design, so used-buyer diligence should focus on charging habits, battery state of health, and whether the vehicle has been used mostly for home charging or frequent DC fast charging. If you’re buying used, you should also think about how much of the battery warranty remains and whether the vehicle’s heavy-duty use profile has accelerated wear.

Cadillac also says the Escalade IQ is equipped for bidirectional charging, which adds flexibility for owners who want backup power capability. For long-term ownership, the biggest risk is that a large, complex EV like this can be expensive to live with if battery health, charging equipment, or high-use history are not carefully checked.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially because this is a large, complex EV with a high-value battery pack and advanced electronics. Focus on overall condition, charging behavior, and whether the vehicle has been used in a way that could stress the battery or suspension.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Escalade IQ is available in Luxury and Sport design themes, with the base trims carrying similar feature content and the higher-content versions adding more equipment. The base setup already includes a lot, so the main question is whether you want the extra content or just the core luxury and safety features.
• Powertrain: It uses a standard dual-motor AWD setup, and Cadillac says Velocity Max unlocks up to 750 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque. That gives you serious straight-line performance, but the vehicle’s size and weight still shape how it feels on the road.
• Safety package: Cadillac includes automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera system, automated parking assist, teen-driver monitoring, and Super Cruise. The standard safety content is strong, but you should verify that all driver-assist features are functioning properly.
• Infotainment: The cabin uses a dashboard-spanning display with a digital instrument cluster, central touchscreen, and front-passenger screen. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are not offered, and Cadillac uses a Google-based infotainment system instead.
• Range & charging: Cadillac estimates 460 miles of range from an estimated 200 kWh battery pack, and says DC fast charging can add 100 miles in 10 minutes at up to 350 kW. Home charging is more practical for daily use, while road trips depend heavily on access to high-power chargers.
• Battery health: For a used EV, you should ask about battery state-of-health, typical charging habits, and whether the vehicle has spent most of its life on home charging or frequent DC fast charging. You should also confirm how much battery warranty coverage remains and whether any charging-related warnings or service history exist.

Which 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ trim should I buy?

The 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ is offered in 4 trim levels: Luxury 1, Sport 1, Luxury 2, Sport 2.

Here's the short version:

• Luxury 1: This is the entry point, and it already gives you the core Escalade IQ experience with the big electric SUV’s luxury feel, standard safety tech, and long-range capability. If you want the best value, this is the trim to start with because it captures the main appeal without pushing you into the pricier versions.
• Sport 1: Choose this if you want the same basic feature set as Luxury 1 but prefer the Sport design theme. It’s more about appearance than a major equipment jump, so it makes sense if styling matters to you.
• Luxury 2: This is for you if you want more content and are willing to pay for it. It builds on the base luxury formula with a higher level of equipment, so it suits buyers who want a more fully loaded feel.
• Sport 2: Pick this if you want the most upscale Sport-themed version and are comfortable paying for the top end of the lineup. It’s the trim for buyers who want the sportier look with the most content available.

Cadillac’s standard advanced safety features are included across the lineup, so you don’t need to move up just to get the core driver-assistance package.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully and still find opportunities.

• Deal availability: 27.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 173 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.89% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $104,962, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ's resale value?

The current average of $104,962 sits slightly below last year's $126,289.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may be a headwind if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price, you may reduce your near-term depreciation exposure, but a future seller will likely need to stay competitive with a market that has softened.

For you, the key is to buy with enough margin that the current price trend works in your favor. If resale matters, a lower entry price today gives you a better chance of limiting losses later.

Is the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ safe?

The 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Cadillac includes its full array of driver assist features, such as automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera system, and automated parking assist. GM’s Super Cruise hands-free driving system is also standard, and automatic lane-change functionality is included as well.

The main caveat is that official crash-test ratings were not available at the time of publication. That means you should lean more heavily on the standard safety equipment and verify that the driver-assistance systems work as intended on any used example you consider.

Should I buy a 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 27.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.89% compared with last year.
• Cadillac’s biggest electric SUV arrives with little direct competition and stands out for its size, presence, and standard advanced safety features.

The bottom line: If you want the Escalade IQ’s full-size electric luxury formula now, the 2025 model is the one to target because it combines softened pricing with a decent amount of inventory and strong standard equipment. If you’re especially price-sensitive, keep shopping carefully for a lower-mileage or lower-priced example, since the market is still selective rather than deeply discounted.
