Used 2025 BMW 2 Series for Sale nearKlamath Falls, OR

How much does the 2025 BMW 2 Series cost?

Prices have softened 18.40% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,562 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 BMW 2 Series a good car?

The 2025 BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe earns a 6.3/10 expert rating and is positioned as a relatively affordable entry into BMW ownership that still feels suitably sporty.

The model scores 7/10 across Performance, Form and function, and Cost effectiveness.

It stands out as the least expensive BMW model, and for 2025 it adds more power and technology while also coming with standard all-wheel drive and plenty of cargo space. That makes it a strong fit if you want a compact luxury sedan that leans toward driving enjoyment without giving up everyday usefulness.

The trade-offs are clear: the styling is uninspired, the technology is unintuitive, and the ride quality is firm.

With 34.7% of listings priced as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 BMW 2 Series reliable?

The 2025 BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is presented as a modern entry-level BMW with standard all-wheel drive, a broad set of convenience features, and a cabin that stays calm at speed.

Its performance hardware is straightforward: a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder, a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic, and standard AWD. The expert review also notes that the transmission is smooth and predictable at parking-lot speeds, the brakes are strong, and the car remains composed on the highway.

On the ownership side, over-the-air software updates, remote app functions, and BMW Digital Key Plus help keep the car current and convenient. The first scheduled maintenance visit is on the house.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that the car’s complexity and firm tuning can make upkeep and day-to-day livability more demanding than you might expect from an entry-level luxury model.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 BMW 2 Series?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has higher mileage or a long option list. Focus on how the cabin electronics, driver-assistance features, and ride quality feel in real use, since those are the areas where this model’s strengths and compromises are most likely to show up.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The four-door 2 Series Gran Coupe is a bit of an anomaly in BMW's lineup, and the cabin is closer to BMW's current design language than the exterior is. The base setup already includes sturdy, soft-touch materials on the surfaces you’re likely to lean on, but the styling is still a weak point compared with the rest of the package.
• Powertrain: The 2025 BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, with standard all-wheel drive and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The drivetrain is quick and smooth in normal use, and the AWD system helps reduce front-end traction issues.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, front and rear parking proximity sensors, and a semi-automated parking system. The optional Driving Assistant Professional package adds adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, lane-change assist, evasive steering assist, and traffic jam assist.
• Infotainment: All models come with a 10.7-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless charging pad, and a Harman Kardon premium sound system. Over-the-air software updates are included, and the system also supports remote monitoring and control through a smartphone app.
• Fuel efficiency: The 228 xDrive Gran Coupe is rated at 26 mpg city, 38 mpg highway, and 30 mpg combined, while the M235 xDrive drops to 24/33 mpg city/highway and 27 mpg combined.

Which 2025 BMW 2 Series trim should I buy?

The 2025 BMW 2 Series is offered in 2 trim levels: 228 xDrive Gran Coupe and M235 xDrive Gran Coupe.

Here's the short version:

• 228 xDrive Gran Coupe: This is the better-value choice if you want the core BMW experience without stretching too far up the price ladder. It already gives you standard all-wheel drive, the 10.7-inch touchscreen, wireless smartphone integration, a wireless charging pad, and the full set of standard safety features.
• M235 xDrive Gran Coupe: This is the pick if you want the strongest performance and the most complete version of the car’s sporty character. It adds more power, upgraded brakes, a rear spoiler, unique interior trim, sport seats, and a sport steering wheel, and it can be paired with the optional M Performance package for even firmer, more aggressive hardware.

The optional Driving Assistant Professional package is the safety add-on to look for if you want the most advanced driver-assistance coverage.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 BMW 2 Series?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the best-priced examples.

• Deal availability: 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,562 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.40% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $36,220, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 BMW 2 Series's resale value?

The current average of $36,220 sits slightly below last year's $44,390.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer today. If you plan to sell later, the softer pricing means your future resale value may depend more heavily on condition, mileage, and equipment than on broad market momentum.

For a future seller, the good news is that the car still has brand appeal and a sporty image. The challenge is that depreciation has already moved meaningfully, so keeping the car clean, well maintained, and well documented will matter more if you want to protect value.

Is the 2025 BMW 2 Series safe?

The 2025 BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe comes with standard advanced safety and driver assistance features like forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, front and rear parking proximity sensors, and a semi-automated parking system.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

The optional Driving Assistant Professional package adds adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, lane-change assist, evasive steering assist, and traffic jam assist. A surround-view camera system and head-up display are available as part of the Technology package.

Our test vehicle came equipped with all of the available safety features, and in our experience, they all performed as they should, with no false alarms or technical glitches. The adaptive cruise control’s automatic following-distance setting can leave too much space in traffic, so you may prefer to choose a manual setting instead.

Should I buy a 2025 BMW 2 Series or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.40% compared with last year.
• The redesigned model adds more power and technology while keeping the standard all-wheel-drive setup and cargo-friendly packaging.

The bottom line: If you want the newer, more affordable entry point into BMW ownership, the 2025 is the better path. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby model years and focus on the best-equipped example you can find at the lowest mileage and cleanest history.
