Is the 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback a good car?

With no expert test-drive score available for this model year, your best read comes from the market data: pricing is down, and the listing pool includes a meaningful share of deal-priced vehicles. That combination suggests you have room to shop carefully rather than rush.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and confirm the car’s service records before you commit. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the listing price is near the top of the range or the vehicle has higher mileage. Focus on overall condition, since even clean-history cars can vary a lot in wear, maintenance, and cosmetic quality.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined on price and condition.

• Deal availability: 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 242 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.10% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 97.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $46,146, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback's resale value?

The current average of $46,146 sits slightly below last year's $49,671.

That price movement suggests the market has eased, which can help you buy more confidently now if you plan to keep the vehicle for a while. For a future seller, softer pricing today can mean you should pay close attention to purchase price and condition, since both will shape how much value you retain later. If you buy well and keep the vehicle in strong shape, you give yourself a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi Q5 Sportback or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.10% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version in this range and you value a market with decent deal availability, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth comparing closely, especially if you can find a cleaner or better-equipped example at a lower asking price.
