Used 2025 Audi Q5 for Sale nearHammond, LA

How much does the 2025 Audi Q5 cost?

Prices have softened 7.63% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,284 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing prices and trims.

Is the 2025 Audi Q5 a good car?

The 2025 Audi Q5 earns an expert rating of 7.17/10.

The standout strength is Technology at 9/10.

It is comfortable, comes with standard all-wheel drive, and offers easy-to-use technology, which makes it a strong fit if you want a polished everyday luxury SUV. The trade-offs are a potentially polarizing design and an irritating transmission, and the high base price may also give you pause. Overall, it looks well-rounded rather than class-leading, especially if you value a premium feel and straightforward usability. With 39.4% of listings priced as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Audi Q5 reliable?

The 2025 Audi Q5 is presented as a refined, comfort-focused compact luxury SUV with standard all-wheel drive and a premium-feeling cabin. Its redesign brings Audi’s current design language and tech suite, and the model is positioned as a polished everyday choice rather than a high-strung performance SUV.

The transmission is described as rough at times, with turbo lag and occasional harsh shifts, which can affect day-to-day smoothness. On the upside, Audi’s four-year/50,000-mile new vehicle warranty and equivalent powertrain coverage match most rivals, which helps with early ownership confidence.

The performance notes point to competent but not especially sporty handling, with good damping and body control. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a premium, tech-heavy SUV with a complex drivetrain can be more expensive to live with if you plan to keep it beyond warranty coverage.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi Q5?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a tech-heavy luxury SUV where electronics and drivetrain behavior matter. Focus on overall condition, how the transmission feels in normal driving, and whether the cabin and controls show signs of heavy use.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige are the trim levels. The base Premium is missing LED Headlights Plus, while Premium Plus and Prestige add programmable OLED taillights. Premium Plus is the best-value trim if you want the strongest mix of equipment and price.
• Powertrain: The Q5 uses a 2.0-liter turbo-four with 268 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic and Quattro all-wheel drive. Audi estimates 25 mpg combined for the Q5.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes adaptive cruise control, active front assist with automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, swerve and turn aids, lane departure warning, parking sensors, automatic high beams, blind spot monitoring, traffic sign recognition, and exit alert. Premium Plus adds a 360-degree camera system and adaptive cruise assist.
• Infotainment: Standard tech includes an 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.5-inch central touchscreen, plus wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and a cooled wireless charging pad. The Prestige trim adds a 10.9-inch front-passenger screen, and the system is based on Android Automotive OS.
• Fuel efficiency: Audi estimates 25 mpg combined for the Q5, with 22 mpg city and 30 mpg highway.

Which 2025 Audi Q5 trim should I buy?

The 2025 Audi Q5 is offered in 3 trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige.

Here's the short version:

• Premium: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core Q5 experience with standard all-wheel drive, the 2.0-liter turbo-four, and the new infotainment setup. It makes sense if you want the lowest starting price and are comfortable skipping some of the nicer lighting and convenience upgrades.
• Premium Plus: This is the best-value trim because it adds LED Headlights Plus, four USB-C ports, a 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, a 360-degree camera system, and adaptive cruise assist. If you want the most complete everyday package without stretching to the top trim, this is the one to target.
• Prestige: This trim adds programmable OLED taillights, the front-passenger touchscreen, and available air suspension with adaptive damping. It suits you best if you want the most upscale and tech-forward Q5.

Premium Plus adds the most meaningful safety and convenience upgrades, while Prestige is the trim where the available air suspension appears.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi Q5?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 39.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,284 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.63% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 96.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $43,170, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi Q5's resale value?

The current average of $43,170 sits slightly below last year's $46,736.

That decline suggests the Q5 has softened in the used market, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point. If you plan to sell later, the current pricing trend means you should expect some depreciation pressure rather than a strong value-retention story. For a future seller, the upside is that a lower purchase price today can reduce the amount of value you stand to lose over time.

Is the 2025 Audi Q5 safe?

The 2025 Audi Q5 was just reaching showrooms at press time, so crash-test ratings from IIHS and NHTSA were not available.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver-assistance features include adaptive cruise control, active front assist with automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, swerve and turn aids, lane departure warning, parking sensors, automatic high beams, blind spot monitoring, traffic sign recognition, and exit alert. Premium Plus adds a 360-degree camera system and adaptive cruise assist, which gives you a more advanced version of the standard cruise setup.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi Q5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 39.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.63% compared with last year.
• It brings Audi’s current design language and tech suite to the Q5 lineup.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It leans even harder into screens and infotainment.

The bottom line: Choose the 2025 if you want the redesigned Q5 at a softer used-market price and can live with its compromises. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the 2025’s current market softness makes it the better value play, while the 2026 is the path if you want the next model-year update and are willing to pay for it.
