Is the 2025 Audi A6 a good car?

The 2025 Audi A6 stands out for blending understated luxury with a strong technology story. It also has a conservative design that tends to age well, which makes it appealing if you want a premium sedan that still looks current without being flashy.

For you, the practical appeal is in the mix of refinement, spaciousness, standard all-wheel drive, and a powerful engine. The tradeoffs are also clear: disappointing fuel economy and a poorly executed infotainment system may matter if you prioritize efficiency or a polished interface.

With 36.3% of listings priced as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Audi A6 reliable?

The 2025 Audi A6 stands out for blending understated luxury with a strong technology story. Its conservative design tends to age well, and that can be a plus if you want a premium sedan that feels less likely to look dated quickly.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that premium features and complex systems can be costly to sort out if they age poorly. That makes condition and maintenance history especially important.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi A6?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s past matches the seller’s description. A pre-purchase inspection is worth prioritizing, especially if you want to check the infotainment system, electronics, and overall wear. Focus on condition, service records, and any signs that the car has been used hard despite its premium presentation.

What is the 2025 Audi A6's resale value?

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy with less risk of immediate overpayment. For you, the best resale protection will come from choosing a clean, well-maintained example and avoiding cars with obvious condition issues.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi A6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.50% compared with last year.

Consider the 2026 if:

• The redesign brings a fresh platform and broader capability.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2025 is the safer starting point because pricing has softened and inventory quality looks strong. If you care more about the newest redesign and can stretch for it, the 2026 is the better secondary path; otherwise, the 2025 gives you a more compelling shopping case right now.
