Used 2025 Audi A3 for Sale nearCathedral City, CA

How much does the 2025 Audi A3 cost?

Prices have softened 8.04% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 616 listings available, which suggests a modest but workable amount of inventory for shoppers.

Is the 2025 Audi A3 a good car?

The 2025 Audi A3 is a small luxury sedan that feels more engaging than many shoppers might expect, with superior performance, nimbler handling, premium interior materials, and impressive technology.

It earns an 7.7/10 expert rating.

The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

The trade-offs are clear: the back seat is cramped, cargo space is limited, and the lane-departure warning system can be distracting. Even so, the A3 fits well if you want a compact luxury car that feels upscale, quick, and easy to enjoy on a daily drive.

Only 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so the market has some value opportunities but still rewards selective shopping.

Is the 2025 Audi A3 reliable?

The 2025 Audi A3 is presented as a solid, well-built small luxury sedan with a refined powertrain and a premium-feeling cabin. Its turbocharged 2.0-liter engine and seven-speed dual-clutch automatic are described as smooth and satisfying in real-world driving, and the car feels structurally sound around town.

Audi also includes a helpful set of standard driver-assistance features, and the available Adaptive Cruise Assist is described as excellent technology for highway use. For maintenance, Audi’s coverage is typical of the segment, though BMW includes complimentary scheduled maintenance for three years.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a compact luxury sedan like this can be rewarding to own, but it may still bring the usual premium-car upkeep and repair costs over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi A3?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or one with optional equipment. Focus on cabin condition, electronics behavior, and how the car drives at low speeds and on rough pavement, since those are the areas where a used luxury sedan can reveal wear or quirks.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: Premium and Premium Plus are the two trim packages mentioned, and the Premium Plus adds more advanced driver assistance along with upgraded tech. The base setup already includes a strong list of standard features, but the higher trim is the one to target if you want the most complete equipment set.
• Powertrain: The A3 uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic and standard Quattro all-wheel drive. It is tuned for quick, nimble everyday driving and returns 28 mpg combined.
• Safety package: Audi Pre Sense Front, lane-departure warning, rear cross-traffic alert, vehicle exit warning, and Audi Side Assist blind-spot monitoring are standard. Premium Plus adds Adaptive Cruise Assist, Lane Guidance, and hands-on detection for the steering wheel.
• Infotainment: Standard tech includes a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel and a 10.1-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, Audi Connect services, and a six-speaker sound system. The Technology Package adds a 12.3-inch Audi Virtual Cockpit Plus display and navigation.
• Fuel efficiency: The A3 is EPA-rated at 28 mpg combined, and the evaluation loop returned 28.4 mpg.

Which 2025 Audi A3 trim should I buy?

The 2025 Audi A3 is offered in 2 trim levels: Premium and Premium Plus.

Here's the short version:

• Premium: This is the trim to start with if you want the A3’s core appeal at the lowest entry point. You still get the standard Quattro AWD system, the 10.25-inch digital instrument panel, the 10.1-inch touchscreen with wireless smartphone integration, and the full base safety suite.
• Premium Plus: This is the best-value trim if you want the most complete version of the A3. It adds the Sonos premium sound system, SiriusXM 360L, and the more advanced Adaptive Cruise Assist with Lane Guidance and hands-on detection, making it the smarter pick for shoppers who want more comfort and driver-assistance tech.

The Premium Plus trim is the one to choose if you want the most advanced safety and convenience features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi A3?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with some room to find a good deal if you shop carefully.

• Deal availability: 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 616 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.04% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $31,875, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi A3's resale value?

The current average of $31,875 sits slightly below last year's $34,663.

That decline suggests the A3 has become more approachable for used buyers, which can help you get into a newer luxury sedan for less money than before. For a future seller, though, the softer pricing means you may not recover as much value as you would have when prices were higher. If you buy well and keep the car in strong condition, you can still protect more of its value than a neglected or heavily optioned example.

Is the 2025 Audi A3 safe?

The 2025 Audi A3 earns a top rating in a small overlap front crash test from IIHS.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Audi Pre Sense Front is standard and includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking. Standard equipment also includes lane-departure warning, rear cross-traffic alert, a vehicle exit warning system, and Audi Side Assist blind-spot monitoring. Premium Plus adds Adaptive Cruise Assist, Lane Guidance with lane-keeping and lane-centering assist, and hands-on detection for the steering wheel.

One caveat is that the lane-departure warning system can issue false alerts, so you may want to pay close attention to how that system behaves during your test drive.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi A3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

• 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.04% compared with last year.
• The refreshed 2025 model adds newly standard Quattro all-wheel drive and additional standard features, which makes it the most appealing version of this sedan in the current lineup.

The bottom line: If you want the most up-to-date version of the A3 with standard all-wheel drive and a strong mix of tech, performance, and premium feel, the 2025 is the one to target. If your priority is simply the lowest possible purchase price, a cheaper nearby model year may be worth a look, but you’ll want to compare equipment carefully before deciding.
