Used 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia for Sale nearWinston Salem, NC

Is the 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia a good car?

The 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia earns a 5.5/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Look and feel at 9/10.

It is aimed at you if you want a stylish sedan that is fun to drive and feels special inside. The Giulia’s appeal comes from its distinctive design, premium interior materials, and driver-first character, while its sedan body style helps it stand apart in a market crowded with SUVs.

The trade-offs are clear: the back seat is cramped, the technology is outdated, and it is poor value for the money. Those drawbacks make it easier to admire than to recommend without reservations.

Good and great deals account for 31.4% of listings, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia reliable?

The 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia is described as a gamble for long-term ownership, with reliability concerns called out directly in the expert summary and overview. The expert commentary also points to signs that “all the signs point in the wrong direction,” which reinforces the caution for used buyers.

Its powertrain is otherwise appealing on the road, with quick acceleration, sharp steering, and nimble handling. But the same expert notes also mention rough stop/start behavior, transmission refinement issues in traffic, and fuel economy that fell short of expectations in testing.

You also get a four-year/50,000-mile warranty, which helps, but it does not fully offset the ownership risk if you plan to keep the car for the long haul.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are considering a higher-priced example with options. Focus on overall condition, because the car’s appeal depends heavily on how well it has been maintained and how cleanly it presents inside and out.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base car is the starting point, while the available Veloce Package, Intensa trim, and limited-production Tributo Italiano add more visual distinction and equipment. The base model is the one most likely to feel light on extras, so compare carefully if you want the best mix of style and value.
• Powertrain: Every 2025 Giulia uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 280 horsepower and 306 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, and Q4 all-wheel drive is available.
• Safety package: The Giulia includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, active blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, front and rear parking sensors, traffic sign recognition, and adaptive cruise control with full stop capability. The available Driving Assist Package adds Active Driving Assist with lane-centering, an anti-theft alarm, and automatic lower-speed recommendations when the speed limit changes.
• Infotainment: You get a 12.3-inch digital instrumentation panel and an 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Wireless smartphone integration is not included, but Apple CarPlay and Android Auto work through a cable.
• Fuel efficiency: The official combined rating is 26 mpg, and testing returned 22.6 mpg on a mountainous evaluation loop.

Which 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia trim should I buy?

The 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia is offered in 4 trim levels: base model, Veloce Package, Intensa, and Tributo Italiano.

Here's the short version:

• base model: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core Giulia experience without the added cost of the more distinctive trims. If you want the lowest starting price and care most about the driving feel, this is the one to compare first.
• Veloce Package: This is the best-value choice if you want a little more equipment without jumping too far up the price ladder. It adds appeal over the base car while keeping the Giulia’s core character intact.
• Intensa: This trim leans into style, with black wheels with gold surfacing, black brake calipers with gold lettering, and a black leather interior with tan accents. It suits you if you want the Giulia to feel more special inside and out.
• Tributo Italiano: This limited-production model is the most exclusive of the group and is for you if rarity matters as much as appearance.

The available Driving Assist Package adds lane-centering assistance, an anti-theft alarm, and speed-limit-based guidance.

Is the 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia safe?

It earns a 4/10 safety score from our experts.

The Giulia comes with forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, active blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, front and rear parking sensors, traffic sign recognition, and adaptive cruise control with full stop capability. The available Driving Assist Package adds Active Driving Assist with lane-centering assistance, plus an anti-theft alarm and automatic lower-speed recommendations when the speed limit changes.

Should I buy a 2025 Alfa Romeo Giulia or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• It keeps the Giulia’s stylish, fun-to-drive character while adding the new Intensa trim and Driving Assist Package.

Consider the 2024 if:

• It is the more dedicated sports sedan, with a stronger driver-first focus.

The bottom line: If you want the newest Giulia with the updated trim lineup and available driver-assist tech, the 2025 is the better path. If you are shopping mainly on price and want the same emotional appeal, the 2024 is worth a look as a more value-conscious alternative.
