Is the 2024 Toyota Camry a good car?

Yes — the 4.7/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the smooth ride, spacious interior, and great features, and many also highlight reliability and comfort. That fits a midsize sedan that leans into practicality and efficiency while still feeling a bit more upscale than you might expect. With 38.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Toyota Camry reliable?

Owners rate it 4.7/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also emphasizes reliability, and the broader model description reinforces that reputation with language about being well-built and dependable. That combination matters if you want a used sedan you can count on for everyday driving without a lot of drama. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about a known pattern of major trouble and more about finding a well-maintained example with clean history and consistent care.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Toyota Camry?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 82% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully so you can confirm accident status, title status, and maintenance consistency. Put inspection priority on overall condition, especially signs of wear that might not show up in photos or listing text. Focus on how the car presents as a whole, since a clean-looking listing can still hide issues that matter over time.

What is the 2024 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $26,197 sits slightly above last year's $26,040.

That small increase suggests the Camry is holding value in a fairly stable way rather than swinging sharply up or down. For a future seller, that kind of pricing pattern is encouraging because it points to steady demand and predictable market behavior. The model’s strong owner satisfaction also helps support buyer interest when it’s time to resell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 38.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 82% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $28,242, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $26,197 average.
• It brings a new generation with a hybrid-only lineup and updated features.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2024 if you want a lower entry price and a proven ownership formula. If you’re price-sensitive, the 2024 gives you the stronger value play; if you want the newer redesign and can stretch your budget, the 2025 is the upgrade path.
