Used 2024 Tesla Model X for Sale nearPortland, ME

Is the 2024 Tesla Model X a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2024 Tesla Model X, and it fits you well if you want a large, all-electric SUV with two- and three-row flexibility, seating for up to seven, and a distinctly unconventional design. The Model X also brings a premium-feeling cabin, extensive standard equipment, and standout tech appeal, while its Falcon Wing rear doors give it a personality most family SUVs can’t match. If you value strong acceleration, long range, and a lot of convenience features in a used EV, this is a compelling choice. 24.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Tesla Model X reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For 2024, the Model X benefits from the broader updates Tesla made in 2021 and later changes that were in place by this year, which helps it feel more modern and premium inside. The standard equipment list is extensive, and the vehicle’s core appeal is built around performance, range, and advanced features rather than mechanical complexity in the traditional sense. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the vehicle has been cared for properly and that its condition matches the premium expectations of a high-tech EV.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Tesla Model X?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then inspect the vehicle closely for signs of prior damage, uneven panel fit, or wear that doesn’t match the mileage. Because the Model X’s Falcon Wing doors are a defining feature, make sure they operate smoothly and have enough clearance for your parking situation. You should also focus on overall condition, since the cabin, electronics, and convenience features are a big part of what you’re paying for in this SUV.

Should I buy a 2024 Tesla Model X or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 24.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2024 Model X is the right path if you want the most current version in this comparison window, especially if you value its premium cabin, strong performance, and distinctive design. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may give you a lower entry point while still keeping the same basic Model X formula, so it’s worth comparing listings side by side before you decide.
