How much does the 2024 Tesla Model 3 cost?

There are 1,893 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and condition.

Is the 2024 Tesla Model 3 a good car?

Yes — 4.8/5 is a strong user rating for the 2024 Tesla Model 3. The overview points to a car that blends everyday usability with Tesla’s software-first approach, plus technology, range, and quick charging rather than traditional luxury-car conventions. It also stands out as a more accessible electric sedan in Tesla’s lineup, with over-the-air updates and direct-to-consumer ownership shaping the experience. With 27.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Tesla Model 3 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview suggests Tesla’s software-driven ownership experience is a major part of the appeal, especially because over-the-air updates can change the car without a conventional annual refresh. It also notes that Tesla ownership can come with some of the same quality-control concerns seen elsewhere in the lineup. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is less about the powertrain concept and more about finding a well-kept example with consistent build quality and maintenance history.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Tesla Model 3?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 79.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then inspect the car closely for signs of prior damage, uneven panel fit, or repair work. Because the Model 3 leans heavily on software and technology, make sure every major feature works as expected and that the car’s condition matches its mileage and asking price. Focus on overall condition, since a clean-looking listing can still hide issues that matter after purchase.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Tesla Model 3?

This is a seller’s market, so you should act selectively and move quickly when a strong listing appears.

• Deal availability: 27.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,893 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices are up 6.71% year-over-year.
• Clean inventory: 79.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,323, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Tesla Model 3's resale value?

The current average of $37,450 sits slightly above last year's $35,096.

That price movement suggests the Model 3 is holding demand well in the used market, which can help support future resale value. If prices remain firm and inventory stays relatively active, you may have a better chance of recouping more of your purchase price later. The combination of strong demand and a recognizable EV nameplate can make this a more resilient used-car choice than many alternatives.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Tesla Model 3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 27.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 79.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices are up 6.71% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the better pick if you want the current-year balance of demand, pricing, and a strong user rating. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby year may give you a lower entry point, but you should still compare condition, accident history, and asking price carefully before deciding.
