Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient and compare listings carefully.

If you find a listing below $112,801, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT's resale value?

The current average of $112,944 sits slightly below last year's $125,271.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can affect how quickly your car holds value if you plan to sell later. If you buy near the lower end of the current range, you may have a better cushion against future depreciation than if you pay near the top of the market. For a future seller, the key is to buy carefully now so you have less value to lose later.

Should I buy a 2024 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 30.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.84% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the current-year car and can take advantage of softer pricing, the 2024 is the primary path to consider. If you’re more price-sensitive, it makes sense to compare nearby model years and focus on the best-conditioned example rather than the newest badge.
