Salesman could have had a better working knowledge of inventory and details of particular vehicle that I was interested in. Website not updated ...drove two hours to view car that was no longer on lot. The sales manager was delightful and love my new GLA 250

From the time I got to the dealership to see and drive my new (used) car, to when I left with a deal I feel good about was 1.5 hours. I did my research and was prepared with what I thought was a fair deal. They agreed and it was totally no pressuree the entire time. Hope I can work with them again some day.

Having purchased dozens of vehicles over the years this was by far the best experience. My sales representative Steve Souther was highly professional. He even provided me with his personal contact information in case I had any questions or comments after delivery. Mercedez-Benz of Arrowhead is first class.

I bought a used vehicle from this location and I must say that I was very pleased with my salesmen yes my salesmen, I say that because he made me feel like I was his only customer, no matter if his phone rang or if it was time for lunch, he took me with him to eat and didn't answer his phone while I was present : ) He made the deal happen with his confidence, calmness, listening skills, and of course his experience. I think I will forever be a Mercedes driver. If your ever in the market for a Mercedes, please visit this very caring dealership. Oh and I almost forgot the price worked out just the way it should've!
