Is the 2024 Lincoln Aviator a good car?

The 2024 Lincoln Aviator stands out as a midsize, three-row luxury SUV that leans hard into Lincoln’s traditional formula of quiet luxury, smooth power, a hushed interior, and rich materials. It is smaller than the Navigator, which helps make it easier to maneuver in urban settings, while still giving you a family-friendly layout with an occasional-use third row.

That balance of refinement and everyday usability is a big part of its appeal. It also offers a long list of available convenience and safety features, including phone-as-key capability, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a 14-speaker Revel audio system, a head-up display, a 360-degree camera, a panoramic sunroof, adaptive steering, and adaptive suspension with road preview.

The market shows 34.6% of listings as good or great deals, which supports a selective but workable shopping environment.

Is the 2024 Lincoln Aviator reliable?

The 2024 Lincoln Aviator is presented as a polished luxury SUV with strong power, a premium cabin, and a long list of available convenience and safety features. Standard automatic emergency braking, blind spot information system, rear cross-traffic alert, lane keeping system, and automatic headlights add to its appeal.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that you should pay close attention to condition, maintenance history, and how the vehicle’s technology and driver-assistance features have aged.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Lincoln Aviator?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

What is the 2024 Lincoln Aviator's resale value?

The current average of $48,337 sits slightly below last year's $54,974.

That decline suggests the model has softened in the used market, which can help you buy more affordably today. If you keep the Aviator clean, well maintained, and accident-free, you should be in a better position to protect value when it’s time to sell.

Should I buy a 2024 Lincoln Aviator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.07% compared with last year.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $41,595, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $48,337 average.
• It emphasizes comfort and quiet luxury.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $58,562, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $48,337 average.
• It adds more advanced technology and fresh styling.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the best all-around choice if you want the current-year balance of price, inventory, and accident-free availability. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2023 is the smarter value play, while the 2025 makes sense if you want the newer design and tech and are willing to pay more.
