That price movement suggests the model has softened a bit, which can help you buy with less risk of immediate overpayment. Should I buy a 2024 Lexus RZ or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.49% compared with last year.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $33,749, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $34,391 average.
• It introduced Lexus’s first dedicated battery-electric SUV.

The bottom line: Choose the 2024 if you want the newer model year and are comfortable paying a bit more for it. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value path, especially if you find one in strong condition and with a clean history.
