Should I buy a 2024 Lexus RZ or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 36.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.97% compared with last year.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $33,506, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $34,365 average.
• It introduced Lexus’s first dedicated battery-electric SUV.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2024 if you want the current-year market with decent deal availability and a solid share of clean listings. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2023 is the better value play because it comes in lower while still giving you the core RZ experience.
