How much does the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover cost?

Prices have softened 13.74% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

Is the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover a good car?

The 2024 Land Rover Range Rover stands out as a luxury SUV that still leans on the brand’s long-standing promise of go-anywhere capability. It offers a richly appointed cabin, unusual flexibility with standard and long-wheelbase body styles, and seating for four, five, or seven, which makes it especially appealing if you want a prestige SUV that can be configured around your needs.

It also brings strong powertrain choices, a polished tech setup, and a long list of comfort and driver-assistance features. For you, that means the Range Rover makes the most sense if you value luxury, presence, and capability more than simple practicality or low running costs.

39.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover reliable?

The 2024 Land Rover Range Rover is still very much a high-end, high-cost ownership proposition. Its reputation for complexity and expensive maintenance remains part of the package, even alongside its luxury features and capability.

That means reliability concerns are less about one obvious flaw and more about the realities of owning a complicated premium SUV over time. If you plan to keep one long term, you should expect ownership risk to be higher than with a simpler, lower-cost SUV.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Land Rover Range Rover?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any candidate and verify that the vehicle’s service records are complete. Prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially for signs of wear in the cabin, electronics, suspension, and other high-cost systems that matter most on a luxury SUV like this.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Land Rover Range Rover?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to be choosy without waiting forever for the right listing.

• Deal availability: 39.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,744 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.74% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 92.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $100,616, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover's resale value?

The current average of $100,616 sits slightly below last year's $116,637.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy with less immediate depreciation pressure than you would have faced a year ago. If you plan to resell later, the Range Rover’s premium positioning may still support value, but its high ownership costs and complex reputation can make future demand more selective. For you, that means buying well matters: the better the deal today, the easier it is to protect value later.

Should I buy a 2024 Land Rover Range Rover or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 39.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.74% compared with last year.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $114,337, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $100,616 average.
• It keeps the same core luxury-and-capability formula with only limited option reshuffling.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2024 is the stronger starting point because it offers a lower average price and a softer market. If you care more about staying closer to the newest model year and are comfortable paying more, the 2025 is the cleaner alternative.
