How much does the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport cost?

Is the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport a good car?

The 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport stands out as a luxury SUV that blends serious off-road hardware with high-end performance and a distinctly upscale cabin. It is appealing if you want a luxury SUV that feels genuinely engineered for difficult conditions, and it also brings a strong technology suite and a performance-focused character.

That said, its used-car case is weakened by poor reliability, poor fuel economy, and low resale out of warranty, so it fits you best if you value breadth of talent more than long-term ownership costs. 40.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you meaningful room to shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport reliable?

The 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport’s used-car case is weakened by poor reliability, poor fuel economy, and low resale out of warranty. It is still a compelling luxury SUV if you prioritize capability and performance, but those strengths do not erase the ownership-risk tradeoff.

For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is a real consideration, especially if you plan to keep the vehicle beyond the warranty period.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a luxury SUV with complex systems. Focus on overall condition, signs of prior damage, and whether the vehicle’s technology and drivetrain operate cleanly under real-world use.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport?

This is a favorable time to shop because pricing has moved down and there is enough inventory to compare options without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 40.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,419 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.78% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $68,631, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport's resale value?

The current average of $68,631 sits slightly below last year's $79,600.

That decline suggests the model has lost value faster than many shoppers would want from a luxury SUV. If you buy used, you may benefit from the softer market now, but a future seller should expect resale pressure to remain a factor.

Should I buy a 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 40.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.78% compared with last year.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $61,314, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $68,631 average.
• It emphasizes strong off-road ability.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $82,351, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $68,631 average.
• It adds sharper handling and a more polished driving feel.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the primary pick if you want the best mix of current pricing, inventory, and condition. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2023 is the better value path, while the 2025 makes sense if you want to spend more for a newer-feeling alternative.
