Used 2024 Jeep Gladiator for Sale near New Mexico

How much does the 2024 Jeep Gladiator cost?

Prices have softened 10.06% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,444 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Jeep Gladiator a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Jeep Gladiator earns a 4.5/5 user rating and a 7.3/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Technology.

It stands out as a pickup with removable doors and roof, plus serious off-road capability and useful towing and hauling strength. Jeep also updated this model year with minor styling revisions, added comfort and convenience features, and a newer infotainment setup, which makes it easier to live with than before.

The trade-offs are clear: fuel economy is poor, the ride can be rough, and the cabin can be noisy at speed. It also asks you to accept a few compromises in refinement if you want its open-air personality and capability.

Questionable value for the money and poor fuel economy are the main drawbacks to weigh against its strengths.

With 37.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Jeep Gladiator reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2024 Gladiator is built around a proven V6 powertrain and a rugged truck layout, and the expert review emphasizes that it remains a distinctive, capability-first vehicle. Jeep also updated the model year with added comfort and convenience features, which can help daily usability.

The expert review also notes that the truck’s character is tied to durability-minded design choices, including a cabin that can be hosed out and a setup aimed at hard use. That said, used buyers should still plan on checking condition carefully, because a vehicle built for adventure can show wear in ways that matter over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Jeep Gladiator?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the truck has been used off-road or for towing. Focus on wear items, signs of hard use, and whether the features you want are present on the specific trim you’re considering.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The lineup starts with Sport, Sport S, Willys, Mojave, and Rubicon, with Mojave X and Rubicon X added for 2024. Base trims are more stripped down, while higher trims add more comfort, convenience, and capability equipment.
• Powertrain: The 2024 model uses a 3.6-liter V6 with 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque, paired with either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy is not a strength.
• Safety package: Forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control with full stop capability are standard starting with Sport S. Mojave X and Rubicon X add blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert and rear parking sensors.
• Infotainment: The truck gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, over-the-air updates, and Bluetooth pairing for two smartphones.
• Fuel efficiency: The expert review says combined fuel economy is about 19 mpg, and testing returned 16.7 mpg over mixed driving.

Which 2024 Jeep Gladiator trim should I buy?

The 2024 Jeep Gladiator is offered in 7 trim levels: Sport, Sport S, Willys, Mojave, Rubicon, Mojave X, and Rubicon X.

Here's the short version:

• Sport: This is the entry point, but it is the most basic way into the Gladiator lineup, so you should only choose it if you want the lowest starting price and are comfortable giving up more convenience and safety equipment.
• Sport S: This is the best-value trim because it adds the standard forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control with full stop capability, making it the smartest starting point for most used buyers.
• Willys: Choose this if you want a more trail-focused personality than the lower trims without jumping all the way to the more expensive desert- or rock-oriented versions.
• Mojave: This is the desert-running trim, with a one-inch front suspension lift, FOX shocks, locking rear differential, heavy-duty axles, and Off-Road+ mode.
• Rubicon: Pick this if you want the most serious off-road hardware in the core lineup and plan to use the truck for tougher terrain.
• Mojave X: This adds more luxury and convenience, including 12-way power-adjustable front seats and premium leather upholstery, while keeping the Mojave’s desert-running focus.
• Rubicon X: This is the most upscale off-road choice, pairing premium interior upgrades with the Rubicon’s capability focus.

Starting with the Sport S model, forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control with full stop capability are standard, while Mojave X and Rubicon X add blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert and rear parking sensors.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Jeep Gladiator?

This is a moderate, selective-buyer market, so you can shop with some leverage if you know what you want.

• Deal availability: 37.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,444 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.06% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 92.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $37,018, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Jeep Gladiator's resale value?

The current average of $37,018 sits slightly below last year's $41,157.

That decline suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more affordably now. For a future seller, it also means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, trim, and how well the truck has been maintained.

Because the Gladiator has a distinctive appeal and a loyal audience, well-kept examples should continue to draw interest. Trucks with desirable equipment and clean histories are likely to hold up better than heavily used or poorly equipped ones.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Jeep Gladiator safe?

The 2024 Gladiator earns a three-star rollover resistance rating from NHTSA, and IIHS is unimpressed with its headlights, seatbelt warnings, and pedestrian detection and protection systems.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control with full stop capability are standard starting with Sport S, while Mojave X and Rubicon X add blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert and rear parking sensors. Jeep also says the truck has structural improvements for side-impact protection and side-curtain airbags integrated into the roll cage.

The rollover rating is the main caution point, and the limited standard safety equipment means you should pay close attention to trim level when shopping used.

Should I buy a 2024 Jeep Gladiator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 37.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.06% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• Jeep updated the Gladiator with minor styling revisions, next-generation infotainment technology, and added comfort and convenience features.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $33,268, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $37,018 average.
• It blends Wrangler-like appeal with real truck utility.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $39,775, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $37,018 average.
• It adds a few special-edition models and new paint choices.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the best all-around choice if you want the updated infotainment, added comfort features, and a strong mix of personality and capability. If price matters most, the 2023 is the better value play; if you want the newest version and can spend more, the 2025 brings incremental updates.
