Is the 2024 Buick Enclave a good car?

The 2024 Buick Enclave stands out as a three-row family SUV that aims for a more upscale feel than many rivals. It offers seating for up to seven, and its cabin focus is on comfort and amenities rather than maximizing size. Buick also gives it a stylish design and a reputation for being a safe and reliable choice, which helps explain its appeal if you want something practical without giving up a premium atmosphere.

Its strengths are its roomy three-row layout, upscale equipment, and broad safety and convenience content. Its main drawback is that it remains a V6-powered SUV in a segment where some shoppers may want something newer or more efficient, and the available features are strongest at the top of the range. Even so, it remains a compelling option if you want a comfortable, well-equipped family hauler with a premium bent.

36.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Buick Enclave reliable?

The 2024 Buick Enclave is presented as a safe and reliable choice, and its appeal is reinforced by its comfort-focused cabin and broad convenience content. It also brings a roomy three-row layout and a premium-leaning feel that should suit you well if you want a family SUV with a polished character.

For long-term ownership, the main risk is that you’re buying a used V6-powered SUV, so condition and maintenance history matter more than chasing the lowest price.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Buick Enclave?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection if the listing looks promising. Pay close attention to overall condition, especially signs of prior damage, uneven wear, or neglected maintenance, since those details matter more than a small price difference.

What is the 2024 Buick Enclave's resale value?

The current average of $32,612 sits slightly below last year's $33,713.

That price trend suggests the Enclave has softened enough to help you buy more confidently today. If you plan to sell later, the current market gives you a clearer benchmark for what buyers are paying now, which can help you set realistic expectations. A well-kept example should still hold appeal because the model’s premium positioning and family-friendly layout remain part of its value story.

Should I buy a 2024 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 36.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.27% compared with last year.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $38,078, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $32,612 average.
• It brings a full redesign with a new powertrain and more standard tech.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2024 if you want the better value and a broader used-market selection. If you’re willing to pay more for a redesigned SUV with newer tech and a fresh platform, the 2025 is the stronger upgrade path. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2024 is the smarter starting point.
