Audi treats it as a trim of the Q5, identified by the "55 TFSI e" designation. ## What’s New for the 2024 Audi Q5 Plug-In Hybrid The Q5 PHEV gets new standard features for the 2024 model year, including a heated steering wheel and lane-keeping assist. Additionally, the Black Optics Package is now available in more trims. ## Design The Q5 Plug-In Hybrid has a modern yet restrained design which we expect will age well. It works with a 17.9-kWh battery pack and an electric motor to put out a combined 365 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. Power is routed to Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive (AWD). The plug-in hybrid Q5 can scoot from zero to 60 mph in five seconds and reach a top speed of 130 mph, and its powertrain also allows for up to 23 miles of pure electric driving before it operates as a hybrid. In electric vehicle (EV) mode, it has a top speed of 84 mph. The charging port is located on the rear driver’s side section of the car, and with a Level 2 charger, the battery can be recharged in 2 to 2.5 hours.
