Used 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio for Sale nearFort Lauderdale, FL

How much does the 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio cost?

Prices have softened 12.53% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 471 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio earns a 5/5 user rating and a 6.83/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Performance at 10/10.

The Stelvio’s appeal is its style-and-driving-focus mix: it blends distinctive design with turbocharged engines and steering that feels immediate and connected. That makes it a strong fit if you want a compact SUV that feels fun rather than merely practical.

The trade-offs are clear: the technology is outdated, and the model’s long-term ownership story is weighed down by poor reliability and steep depreciation. Even so, the market still shows 39.9% of listings as good or great deals, which can help if you’re shopping selectively.

Is the 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Stelvio’s own description points to a vehicle built around driving enjoyment, with a chassis and steering setup that prioritize feel and balance. At the same time, the model’s reputation and ownership costs point in the opposite direction, with poor reliability and high maintenance burden shaping the used-car experience.

Its performance hardware and driver-focused tuning suggest a car that can feel special on the road, but that same complexity can make ownership less predictable over time. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that repair and upkeep costs may outweigh the emotional payoff if you want a low-hassle SUV.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or one with optional equipment. Focus on overall condition, service records, and whether the car’s electronics and comfort features work as expected.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Sprint is the least expensive entry point, while the Competizione adds black 21-inch wheels, red brake calipers, black exterior trim, darker rear-window tint, and exclusive Moonlight Grey paint. If you want the best-value trim, the Competizione stands out because it adds adaptive dampers and a more distinctive appearance without moving all the way to the top of the range.
• Powertrain: The regular trims use a single-turbo 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder with 280 horsepower and 306 pound-feet of torque, while the Quadrifoglio uses a 505-horsepower twin-turbo V6. The base Sprint is the only trim with rear-wheel drive; AWD is standard on the rest.
• Safety package: Forward collision warning and emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, and rear parking sensors come standard. On Ti and Veloce trims, the Active Assist Plus package adds lane keeping, traffic jam assist, driver attention monitor, and road sign recognition.
• Infotainment: The Stelvio uses an 8.8-inch touchscreen, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto do not take over the full screen. A 12.3-inch digital instrument panel is included, and traffic jam assist is available.
• Fuel efficiency: The base Sprint returns 22 mpg city, 29 mpg highway, and 25 mpg combined. Most trims are rated at 22/28/24, while the Quadrifoglio is rated at 17/23/19.

Which 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio trim should I buy?

The 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio is offered in 6 trim levels: Sprint, Ti, Veloce, Competizione, and Quadrifoglio.

Here's the short version:

• Sprint: This is the entry point, and it gives you the Stelvio’s core personality at the lowest price. It’s the trim to consider if you want the design and driving feel without paying for extra equipment.
• Ti: This trim is a step up if you want more equipment and access to the Active Assist Plus package. It makes sense if you value added driver-assistance content.
• Veloce: This is the better choice if you want a more upscale feel and are interested in the same Active Assist Plus safety content. It sits in the middle of the range and broadens the Stelvio’s appeal.
• Competizione: This is the best-value pick for many shoppers because it adds adaptive dampers and a more distinctive look, while staying below the top performance model. It’s the trim to target if you want the strongest blend of style, ride control, and everyday usability.
• Quadrifoglio: This is the performance flagship, with the 505-horsepower twin-turbo V6 and the most serious hardware in the lineup. Choose it if outright speed is your priority.

On safety, the Active Assist Plus package is available on Ti and Veloce trims, so those are the trims to focus on if you want the most complete driver-assistance setup.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully and still find opportunities.

• Deal availability: 39.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 471 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.53% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $31,152, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio's resale value?

The current average of $32,513 sits slightly below last year's $37,170.

That decline suggests the Stelvio is still losing value faster than many shoppers would prefer, which can be a plus if you’re buying used but a drawback if you plan to sell later. The year-over-year drop also reinforces that depreciation is one of the model’s biggest ownership costs.

For a future seller, that means timing and condition matter a lot. A well-kept example with desirable equipment may hold buyer interest better than a neglected one, but the broader market still favors buyers more than sellers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio safe?

The 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio has not been crash-tested by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Forward collision warning and emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, and rear parking sensors come standard. On Ti and Veloce trims, the Active Assist Plus package adds lane keeping, traffic jam assist, driver attention monitor, and road sign recognition.

One caveat is that the model’s strongest safety content is tied to trim level, so you’ll want to verify whether the example you’re considering includes the available driver-assistance package.

Should I buy a 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 39.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.53% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 model adds a mild refresh and a new Competizione trim level.

The bottom line: If you want the Stelvio’s strongest mix of style, steering feel, and current-market value, the 2024 is the one to target. If your priority is minimizing purchase price, you can also shop older examples, but the 2024’s refreshed content and softer pricing make it the cleaner choice for buyers who want this model year’s updated package.
