Used 2024 Acura ZDX for Sale nearFort Myers, FL

How much does the 2024 Acura ZDX cost?

Prices have softened 8.02% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 181 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Acura ZDX a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Acura ZDX earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.5/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Safety at 9/10.

The ZDX stands out as an electric luxury SUV with a distinctive backstory, since Acura and American Honda partnered with GM to use the Ultium EV platform and source it from GM’s Spring Hill, Tennessee, plant. In practice, that gives you a premium EV with stylish design, a comfortable character, and impressive technology.

The trade-offs are just as clear: charging rates are unimpressive, the control placements are quirky, and the interior plastics are cheap. If you want a polished two-row electric luxury SUV and can live with those compromises, the ZDX fits that brief well.

38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still some attractive opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Acura ZDX reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The ZDX’s appeal is built around a comfortable cabin, enjoyable driving dynamics, and impressive technology, which are all traits that can support confidence in day-to-day ownership. Its electric setup also means you should focus your diligence on how the vehicle has been charged and maintained over time, since battery and charging habits matter more than they do on a gas SUV.

Acura also says new ZDX buyers can choose packages that provide charging credits or home charging support, which can help reduce early ownership friction. For a used example, your biggest long-term risk is buying one with poor charging habits or hidden battery-related wear, so battery health should be part of your inspection checklist.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Acura ZDX?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re comparing multiple listings with similar prices. Focus on cabin condition, charging behavior, and whether the vehicle’s features and equipment work as expected, since the ZDX’s value depends heavily on its tech and EV hardware.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The A-Spec and Type S both look sporty, but the A-Spec has 20-inch wheels while the Type S gets 22s and a black-painted roof. Standard equipment across the lineup includes ambient lighting, brushed aluminum trim, stainless steel pedal detailing, and a panoramic sunroof.
• Powertrain: The ZDX is offered with single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive setups. The A-Spec makes 358 horsepower in RWD form and 490 hp in AWD form, while the Type S uses a dual-motor AWD drivetrain with 500 hp and 544 lb-ft.
• Safety package: A-Spec models use AcuraWatch, while Type S models add AcuraWatch 360+, more parking sensors, semi-autonomous parking assist, rear pedestrian alert, a surround-view camera, and Hands-Free Cruise.
• Infotainment: You get configurable 11-inch digital instrumentation and an 11.3-inch touchscreen, plus Google Built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and over-the-air connected services through the Google ecosystem.
• Range & charging: The A-Spec RWD is rated at 313 miles, the A-Spec AWD at 304 miles, and the Type S at 278 miles. Acura says all three can charge from 20% to 80% in 42 minutes on a 190-kW DC fast charger, and home Level 2 charging adds 29.4 miles per hour.
• Battery health: Check battery state-of-health, ask how often the vehicle has relied on DC fast charging versus home charging, and confirm how much of the battery warranty remains. A used EV with steady home charging and normal battery behavior is usually the safer bet.

Which 2024 Acura ZDX trim should I buy?

The 2024 Acura ZDX is offered in 2 trim levels: A-Spec and Type S.

Here's the short version:

• A-Spec: This is the trim to target if you want the best balance of range, price, and everyday usability. The rear-wheel-drive version offers the most driving range, while the AWD version adds power without giving up much range. It also gives you the core ZDX experience with AcuraWatch and the standard luxury and tech features.
• Type S: Choose this if you want the most performance and the most advanced hardware. It adds the dual-motor AWD setup, stronger output, adaptive air suspension, larger brakes, and AcuraWatch 360+ with Hands-Free Cruise. It’s the right pick if you value capability and tech over range.

The safety-package upgrade path is straightforward: A-Spec gets AcuraWatch, while Type S adds AcuraWatch 360+ and its extra driver-assistance features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Acura ZDX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 181 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.02% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 92.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $33,837, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Acura ZDX's resale value?

The current average of $33,937 sits slightly below last year's $36,896.

That price movement suggests the ZDX has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future sellers if the market stabilizes. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may be starting from a more favorable resale position than a buyer who paid closer to the original new-car pricing.

The current trend also means your future resale outcome will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the EV hardware holds up over time. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Acura ZDX safe?

The 2024 Acura ZDX earns a Top Safety Pick+ rating from IIHS.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

AcuraWatch comes standard on the A-Spec and includes the collision detection and avoidance systems you’d expect in a modern luxury SUV. Type S models upgrade to AcuraWatch 360+, which adds more parking sensors, semi-autonomous parking assist, rear pedestrian alert, a surround-view camera, and Hands-Free Cruise.

One caveat is that the Type S’s advanced hands-free system is more feature-rich than the A-Spec’s standard setup, so you’ll want to compare trims carefully if driver assistance is a priority. The ZDX’s safety story is strongest when you move up to the Type S.

Should I buy a 2024 Acura ZDX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

• 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.02% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 ZDX stands out as an appealing entry in the two-row electric luxury SUV segment, with Acura-specific design, comfortable character, and impressive technology.

The bottom line: if you want the strongest mix of value, inventory, and proven owner satisfaction, the 2024 is the one to target. If you’re especially price-sensitive, keep watching listings for a lower-mileage example near the bottom of the year-round range and be ready to move quickly when you find one.
