How much does the 2023 Toyota Camry cost?

Is the 2023 Toyota Camry a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Toyota Camry earns a 4.9/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its smooth driving experience, safety features, and impressive fuel economy, and they also like the design and variety of options available. For you, that means it fits well if you want a midsize sedan that balances everyday practicality with a more upscale feel and broad trim choice. 32.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so there is still meaningful market opportunity if you shop carefully.

Is the 2023 Toyota Camry reliable?

Owners rate it 4.9/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also emphasizes that it is reliable, dependable, and a good value choice, with many drivers describing it as trouble-free and easy to count on. That kind of long-term confidence matters if you plan to keep the car for years rather than just a short ownership cycle. For used buyers, the main risk is less about the model’s reputation and more about finding one that has been maintained well and hasn’t been worn down by heavy use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Toyota Camry?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 77.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should start with the history report to confirm accident status, title history, and service records. After that, prioritize a thorough inspection of the interior, electronics, tires, brakes, and any signs of uneven wear so you can judge how the car was treated. Because this model is often chosen for daily driving, condition matters as much as mileage when you compare listings.

If you find a listing below $23,757, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $24,623 sits slightly below last year's $24,950.

That small decline suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. If you later sell, the Camry’s broad appeal should still support demand, especially because shoppers tend to value its reputation for practicality and efficiency. A modest price dip now does not change the fact that this model year remains easy to explain to future buyers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 32.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 77.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.31% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $22,977, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $24,623 average.
• It offers strong value with a roomy, reliable, efficient package.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2023 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price, inventory, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2022 is the better secondary path, especially if you find one in excellent condition and can live with its older tech.
