Should I buy a 2023 Tesla Model 3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 23.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 77% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices are up 6.35% year-over-year.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction, current market demand, and a tech-forward EV experience, the 2023 is the primary year to target. If your priority is stretching your budget, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the best-priced example with clean history and strong condition rather than chasing the newest badge alone.
