Used 2023 Subaru Impreza for Sale nearColumbus, OH

How much does the 2023 Subaru Impreza cost?

Prices have softened 8.51% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,460 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of used Imprezas to compare.

Is the 2023 Subaru Impreza a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Subaru Impreza earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. The overview describes it as a practical all-weather compact car with standard all-wheel drive, so it makes the most sense if you want year-round confidence in poor road conditions. It is also framed as affordable and practical fun, which means you get usefulness without giving up all of the personality. With 33.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive price.

Is the 2023 Subaru Impreza reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview points to a car that is built around practicality and all-weather confidence, which is the kind of formula many used buyers want for dependable daily use. At the same time, you should pay close attention to how each example has been treated, since many have been heavily used, abused, or modified. For a used buyer, the main long-term ownership risk is ending up with a rough example that needs more attention than the price suggests.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Subaru Impreza?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 84% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a thorough inspection of the ride quality, cabin condition, and signs of modification or hard use. Because the overview calls out rough daily-driving ride quality and cheap interior materials, condition matters a lot when you shop this model. A clean, unmodified example is the safest bet if you want the Impreza’s practicality without inheriting someone else’s abuse.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Subaru Impreza?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value.

• Deal availability: 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,460 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.51% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 84.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,214, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Subaru Impreza's resale value?

The current average of $19,214 sits slightly below last year's $21,000.

That softer pricing can help you buy more carefully now, but it also means future resale will depend heavily on how well the car is maintained and presented. If you keep mileage reasonable and avoid examples with a rough history, you should be in a better position when it is time to sell. Clean condition and a documented history matter even more when the market has already moved down.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Subaru Impreza or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 84% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.51% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $22,745, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $19,214 average.
• It adds a revived RS trim for more driver excitement.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2023 if you want the lower entry price and still value standard all-wheel drive and practical daily use. If you can spend more and want a newer version with extra personality, the 2024 is the better upgrade; if you are price-sensitive, the 2023 is the smarter buy.
