Used 2023 Nissan Z for Sale nearLexington, KY

Is the 2023 Nissan Z a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Nissan Z earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.00/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Look and feel at 9/10.

The 2023 Nissan Z is positioned as a performance value in the two-seat sports car market, and it is described as a mostly new Z that drives like it is all-new. That makes it a strong fit if you want a focused sports car with fresh styling and serious straight-line performance without stepping into a pricier badge.

The trade-offs are clear: it is noisy, it does not offer much cargo space, and the stereo is lacking. Even so, the market positioning is favorable, with 38.1% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2023 Nissan Z reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2023 Nissan Z is presented as a thoroughly updated sports car that still carries some traces of the older 370Z, but the overall impression is that it drives like a new vehicle. Its powertrain is described as delightful, and the car’s updated engineering and improved refinement point to a solid ownership experience for a performance coupe.

Nissan also includes complimentary access to automatic collision notification and programmable vehicle settings through NissanConnect Services for six months. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a sports car with this kind of performance focus may demand closer attention to wear items and condition than a more ordinary commuter.

The 2023 Nissan Z earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Nissan equips every new Z with adaptive cruise control, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and parking sensors at each end of the car.
