Used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE for Sale near Minnesota

How much does the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE cost?

Prices have softened 10.25% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,233 listings available, which suggests you have a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating and 7.67/10 expert rating point to a strong overall package.

The model scores 8/10 across Performance, Form and function, Technology, and Safety.

The 2023 GLE stands out as a midsize luxury SUV that blends prestige, performance, and practicality. You also get a high-quality cabin and top-rate technology, which help it feel polished in the way you’d expect from a Mercedes-Benz SUV. On the road, it pairs impeccable ride quality with agile handling, so you get comfort without giving up responsiveness.

The main trade-offs are that options can quickly push the price upward, and AMG models are thirsty and expensive. That means the most desirable versions may also be the costliest to own.

With 37.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop carefully.

Is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The GLE’s appeal is reinforced by its polished cabin, strong technology, and the way it balances comfort with responsive driving manners. The plug-in hybrid setup is described as adapting easily to all sorts of driving situations, and the cabin is presented as quiet and well built.

The hybrid’s regenerative braking brings only modest range gains, so efficiency-minded buyers should keep expectations realistic. For used buyers, the biggest long-term risk is choosing a heavily optioned or performance-focused version that can be more expensive to live with.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the vehicle history report carefully and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on higher-mileage or heavily optioned examples. Focus on overall condition, since luxury features and advanced systems can be expensive to sort out after the sale.

Key things to evaluate:

• Powertrain: The plug-in hybrid setup pairs a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with an electric motor and a nine-speed automatic, and it’s described as quick, seamless, and quiet.
• Safety package: The Driver Assistance package adds active blind-spot assist, active lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability, traffic sign recognition, and evasive steering assist.
• Infotainment: You get a pair of 12.3-inch screens, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, improved voice control, and augmented reality navigation.
• Fuel efficiency: The hybrid setup is described as a sweet spot for acceleration, suspension tuning, handling, and fuel economy, though the regenerative brakes bring only modest range gains.

The current average of $48,692 sits slightly below last year's $54,254.

That price decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help future buyers but may pressure resale values for current owners. If you buy at the right price now, you reduce the risk of taking a bigger depreciation hit later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE or consider a different year?

• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.25% compared with last year.

• It leans hard into style with a distinctive SUV-coupe shape.

Consider the 2024 if:
