It’s not easy to launch a new car, let alone a new car company. Nevertheless, Lucid recently achieved liftoff with the Air sedan, joining Rivian as an electric vehicle startup with legitimate long-term potential. Based in California and building EVs in a new factory in Arizona, Lucid holds plenty of promise.
