Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Lexus NX?

Yes — this looks like a buyer-friendly moment if you’re shopping carefully and comparing listings.

• Deal availability: 40.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,543 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.53% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 83.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $37,453, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Lexus NX's resale value?

The current average of $37,453 sits slightly below last year's $38,822.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, a softer current market can mean less immediate upside, but it also creates a more realistic baseline for pricing. The NX’s strong reputation and premium positioning should still help it stay attractive to used shoppers who value reliability and comfort.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Lexus NX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 40.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.53% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $34,888, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $37,453 average.
• The redesign brings a more attractive, more dynamic, and more technologically advanced feel.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market balance of price, inventory, and satisfaction, the 2023 is the better default choice. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2022 is the better value path to compare closely.
