Should I buy a 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Velar or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 37.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.39% compared with last year.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $32,275, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $36,702 average.
• It emphasizes style and comfort over practicality.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $40,850, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $36,702 average.
• It adds design, comfort, and infotainment improvements.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the best primary path if you want a balanced mix of current pricing, decent deal availability, and a strong share of accident-free listings. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2022 is the better value play, while the 2024 makes sense only if you want the newer updates and are willing to pay more.
