Decent little truck. Miles above the generation before. The engine and tech is great. The trail boss was disappointing for the money as it is pretty bare. If you like the Silverado custom but don’t need a big truck you would like this. If you can get your hands on a base model ZR2 that is only a little more, that would be the best in my opinion. Curious to see how the new tacoma trd pro and trailhunter compares with this as the power plant of the tacoma was always a disappointment.

The appearance is very rugged, especially the Trail Boss and ZR2 trim levels. The interior is much better than its competition and more modern than the Siverado. The rear seat space leans towards the small side, but this is a mid-sized truck. The payload and towing capacities are more than adequate.

I really love the new body style of my black 2023 Chevy Colorado Trailboss. The reason for the 3⭐️ rating is that cruise control is not standard! I didn’t realize it until after I drove it off the lot and got on the highway. Come on Chevy!! I paid over 40k for my awesome looking truck and no cruise control? I know it’s my fault for not realizing that prior to my purchase but I guess I just assumed all new vehicles had cruise control these days.

They show the truck with “GM employee discounts “ on the website and on cargurus so it’s not the actual consumer price. Better read the fine print.
