How much does the 2023 Chevrolet Camaro cost?

Prices are up 4.39% year-over-year — a sign of continued demand for this model year.

There are 1,294 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2023 Chevrolet Camaro a good car?

Yes — 4.91/5 is a strong user rating for this model year. Drivers consistently praise its performance, handling, value, and features, and many also call out the V8 power and the car’s overall appeal for enthusiasts. In practical terms, that lines up well with the Camaro’s use case as a compact, rear-wheel-drive performance car available as a coupe or convertible, especially if you want a familiar muscle-car formula rather than the newest redesign. With 32.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Chevrolet Camaro reliable?

Owners rate it 4.91/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback points to a car that many owners feel good about living with, especially when it comes to performance and overall enjoyment. The recurring themes are dependable ownership satisfaction, strong power, and a sense that the car delivers a lot for the money. For used buyers, that suggests the bigger long-term risk is less about broad owner dissatisfaction and more about finding a well-kept example that has been maintained properly.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Chevrolet Camaro?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 81.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on any listing you’re serious about, even if the market looks relatively clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on body condition, signs of prior damage, and how well the car has been maintained. Because this model is performance-oriented, you’ll also want to pay close attention to overall wear and whether the car has been driven and cared for in a way that matches its condition and asking price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Chevrolet Camaro?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Deal availability: 32.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,294 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices are up 4.39% year-over-year.
• Clean inventory: 81.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,955, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Chevrolet Camaro's resale value?

The current average of $39,549 sits slightly above last year's $37,886.

That upward move suggests the market has been willing to pay more for this model year, which is a positive sign if you plan to sell later. The Camaro’s performance-focused appeal and enthusiast following can help support demand, especially for well-kept examples with desirable equipment and clean history. If you buy carefully now, you’re more likely to have a car that remains attractive to future shoppers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.91/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Chevrolet Camaro or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 32.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 81.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices are up 4.39% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.91/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the Camaro’s familiar formula and you value strong owner satisfaction, the 2023 is the straightforward choice. It makes the most sense if you’re focused on performance, style, and a broad enough used market to compare condition and price carefully. If you’re especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth considering, but the 2023 still looks like a solid target when you find a clean example at the right price.
