How much does the 2023 Audi A6 cost?

Prices have softened 7.76% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 577 listings available, which suggests a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Audi A6 a good car?

The 2023 Audi A6 sits in the middle of a long-running luxury-sedan lineage that has built its reputation on understated style, technology, and all-wheel-drive confidence. For you, that means the A6 is aimed at shoppers who want premium comfort, a restrained design that tends to age well, and a strong emphasis on tech rather than flash.

Audi’s quattro AWD system is standard across the lineup, and the car also brings digital interfaces, standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual screens, lots of connectivity, and semi-autonomous capability. The tradeoff is that it is unlikely to be a bargain, and the source also points to conservative exterior styling, disappointing fuel economy, and a poorly executed infotainment system as drawbacks.

Market availability: 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

Is the 2023 Audi A6 reliable?

The 2023 Audi A6 is presented as a polished, tech-forward luxury sedan with standard all-wheel drive and a conservative design that tends to age well. Its appeal comes from refinement, useful technology, and a premium feel that should suit you if you value a composed daily driver over a flashy one.

For long-term ownership, you should expect the usual used-luxury-sedan risk profile: maintenance and repair costs can add up if the car has been neglected, so condition and service history matter a lot.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Audi A6?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the car has a clean title and consistent service records. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially for the infotainment system, electronics, and any signs of prior bodywork or uneven wear. Focus on overall condition and maintenance quality, since those factors matter more than mileage alone on a used luxury sedan.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Audi A6?

This looks like a moderate market where selective buyers can still find value if they shop carefully.

• Deal availability: 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 577 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.76% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $32,188, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Audi A6's resale value?

The current average of $32,188 sits slightly below last year's $34,895.

That price movement suggests the A6 has softened enough to create a more approachable entry point for used buyers. If you plan to sell later, the current trend implies you may not see strong short-term appreciation, so condition, mileage, and equipment will matter more when it comes time to resell. A well-kept example should still hold appeal because the A6's understated styling and standard all-wheel drive remain attractive to luxury-sedan shoppers.

Should I buy a 2023 Audi A6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.76% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the right pick if you want the newer model-year pricing context and a broad pool of listings to compare. If you're especially price-sensitive, you should also look at nearby years, since the A6's core appeal is consistent and a lower-priced example from another year may deliver similar value if condition and history are strong.
