Is the 2023 Audi A6 reliable?

The 2023 Audi A6 sits in a long-running luxury-sedan lineup that has built its reputation on refinement, technology, and a conservative design that tends to age well. For you, that suggests a car that is more about polished everyday use than attention-grabbing drama.

Its standard all-wheel drive and tech-forward setup add to the sense that it was engineered to feel modern and composed. The tradeoff is that long-term ownership can still bring the usual used-luxury-car risk, so condition and maintenance history matter a lot.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you if you’re buying now but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. Should I buy a 2023 Audi A6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 42.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.69% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2023 Audi A6 makes the most sense if you want a refined, tech-forward luxury sedan with standard all-wheel drive and a market that currently favors buyers. If you’re especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth comparing, but the 2023 is the stronger pick when you want a balanced mix of features, availability, and softened pricing.
