How much does the 2023 Audi A5 Sportback cost?

Is the 2023 Audi A5 Sportback a good car?

Yes — owners give it 4.6/5, and the review summary points to performance, stylish design, comfort, stereo system quality, and hatchback utility as recurring strengths. That mix suggests you’re looking at a car that appeals on both daily usability and driving enjoyment. With 36.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a decent chance of finding a competitive listing.

Is the 2023 Audi A5 Sportback reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The review summary also points to a car that owners appreciate for comfort and performance, which often aligns with a dependable ownership experience when the vehicle has been maintained well. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is paying too much for a higher-mileage example that hasn’t been cared for consistently.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Audi A5 Sportback?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection so you can confirm the car’s condition matches the listing. Pay close attention to signs of wear that could affect value, especially if the price seems high relative to mileage or overall condition. Because this model can command a premium, it’s worth being selective about maintenance records and cosmetic condition.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Audi A5 Sportback?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 36.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 957 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.12% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $31,025, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Audi A5 Sportback's resale value?

The current average of $31,025 sits slightly below last year's $35,302.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle. If you plan to resell later, a lower entry price can reduce the amount of value you need to recover. Strong condition and clean history matter even more when the market has softened, because buyers tend to favor well-kept examples.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Audi A5 Sportback or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 36.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.12% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the better primary choice if you want a strong mix of owner satisfaction, decent deal availability, and a softer price environment. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you should still compare nearby years, but the 2023 stands out as a sensible target when you find a clean, well-priced example.
