Used 2022 Subaru Impreza for Sale near Arkansas

The Subaru Impreza has made a name for itself over the years with value pricing, capable all-wheel drive (AWD), and a tolerable driving demeanor. The compact car has been on sale since 1992 and is now in its fifth generation. The early cars are revered for their rally-ready powertrains and performance, but the Impreza’s star has dimmed a bit in recent years. However, Subaru still makes hotter versions, previewed separately. The 2022 Impreza sees very few changes, amounting to a new paint color and a shift for the top Limited trim to a hatchback-only format. The Limited sits at the top of the range above the base, Premium, and Sport trims. In addition to the hatchback, Subaru still offers an Impreza sedan in the lower three trims. The Impreza is offered with just one engine for 2022. It’s a 2.0-liter boxer-four that makes 152 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque. It’s paired with either a five-speed manual gearbox or a continuously variable transmission (CVT) with manual shift mode. Thanks to its middling horsepower numbers, neither transmission choice does much to help the engine feel lively. That said, the Impreza is known for a comfortable ride and controlled handling, and its standard AWD makes it an excellent entry-level all-weather car. With the CVT, the Impreza returns 28 mpg city and 36 mpg highway. The hatchback with a manual transmission returns 22 mpg city and 30 mpg highway. The base Impreza is fairly basic and comes with standard features that include 16-inch steel wheels with hubcaps, power windows and door locks, cruise control, a USB port up front, a 6.5-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, four speakers, and keyless entry. Stepping up to the Impreza Premium, buyers get 16-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, SiriusXM radio, HD radio, and Subaru’s Eyesight safety package. The options group brings a pre-collision braking system, pre-collision throttle management, lane departure, and sway warnings with lane-keep assist. The Impreza Sport adds 18-inch wheels, push-button start, sport cloth upholstery, a larger 8-inch touchscreen, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. The Impreza Limited gets leather upholstery, LED headlights, 17-inch wheels, automatic climate controls, and a six-way power driver’s seat. The 2022 Impreza received top “Good” scores in all Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), but its headlights were rated “Marginal.” The 2022 Subaru Impreza will go on sale later in 2021. Pricing for the cars starts at $19,755 for the base model. The Impreza Premium starts at $23,155; the Sport starts at $23,955; and the Impreza Limited Starts at $27,355.
