Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 RAM ProMaster City?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 33.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 683 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.76% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $18,507, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 RAM ProMaster City's resale value?

The current average of $18,507 sits slightly below last year's $21,712.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, condition and mileage will matter even more because buyers will have plenty of comparable listings to choose from.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 RAM ProMaster City or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 33.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 74.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.76% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2022 is a sensible choice if you want a year with softer pricing and decent deal availability, especially if you can verify condition carefully. If you're more price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-documented example rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
