How much does the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica cost?

Prices have softened 18.96% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,883 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing prices and trims.

Is the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its smooth ride, comfortable interior, and convenient stow-away seating, and they also describe it as versatile and reliable for families and everyday use. That fits a minivan built around family-hauling practicality, cargo flexibility, and available all-wheel drive, especially if you want a vehicle that feels more upscale than many rivals. With 38.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Drivers describe it as reliable, versatile, and suitable for families and everyday use, with praise centered on its smooth ride and practical seating. Some owners do mention occasional software glitches, so used buyers should pay attention to electronics and overall condition before committing. For long-term ownership, that means you should prioritize a well-documented example and make sure any tech issues are sorted before you buy.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 84.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on any listing you like, even if it appears clean at first glance. Put inspection priority on the interior, infotainment system, and any signs of wear that could affect family use or long-term comfort. Focus on overall condition, because a minivan like this is often chosen for daily duty and you want one that has been maintained carefully.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient.

• Deal availability: 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,883 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.96% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 84.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $20,560, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica's resale value?

The current average of $20,560 sits slightly below last year's $25,371.

That lower price level can help you buy in at a more favorable point, but it also means future resale will depend on how well the market holds up from here. If prices stabilize, a clean, well-kept Pacifica should remain appealing to family buyers who value its seating flexibility and comfort. Strong owner satisfaction can help support demand when you eventually sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 84.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.96% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $20,078, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $20,560 average.
• It keeps the practical family focus and updated tech while adding a premium Pinnacle trim.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2022 if you want the stronger current-market value story and broad shopper appeal. If your priority is saving a bit more upfront, the 2021 is the better price-first alternative while still delivering the Pacifica’s core family-friendly strengths.
