How much does the 2022 Chrysler 300 cost?

Is the 2022 Chrysler 300 a good car?

Yes — the 4.9/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners commonly praise its smooth performance, comfortable ride, and spacious interior, and many also like its stylish design and quality sound system. For you, that makes it a strong fit if you want a large sedan with classic presence, roomy comfort, and familiar controls rather than the newest tech. With 31.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is also a meaningful chance to find attractive pricing.

Is the 2022 Chrysler 300 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.9/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback also points to a car that feels smooth, comfortable, and well-liked over time, with owners highlighting its dependable everyday character and roomy cabin. That kind of feedback matters if you want a used sedan you can count on for regular driving without feeling dated in the ways that matter most.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about enthusiasm and more about making sure the specific car has been maintained well and still feels tight, clean, and mechanically sound.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Chrysler 300?

At 70.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage or repeated claims. After that, prioritize a thorough inspection of body panels, paint consistency, interior wear, and how the car drives, since condition can vary a lot from one listing to another. Focus on the overall quality of the specific car in front of you, not just the model’s reputation.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chrysler 300?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 697 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.70% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 70.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $23,501, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chrysler 300's resale value?

The current average of $23,519 sits slightly below last year's $25,482.

That softer pricing can help you buy more affordably now, but it also means future resale may depend heavily on how well the car is kept and how desirable the specific example is when you decide to sell. A clean history, strong condition, and the right equipment can help protect value better than a rough or heavily used example.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Chrysler 300 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 70.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.70% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $19,892, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $23,519 average.
• It offers a more traditional big-sedan feel with available AWD and V8 choice.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $29,125, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $23,519 average.
• It adds a limited-production V8 sendoff with upgraded performance hardware.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the best all-around pick if you want the strongest mix of satisfaction, value, and available inventory. If your priority is spending less, the 2021 is the smarter price-sensitive alternative; if you want the most special version, the 2023 is the upgrade path.
