Used 2022 Chevrolet Colorado for Sale nearFort Myers, FL

How much does the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado cost?

Prices have softened 9.48% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,756 listings available, which gives you a healthy amount of inventory to compare by trim and condition.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado earns a 4.5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its smooth performance, towing capacity, and roomy cabin, and those strengths make it a practical fit if you want a midsize truck that can handle daily use and family duty. The main tradeoff is that rear-seat space can feel tight for adults, so it works best if you value capability and versatility over maximum passenger room. With 33.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive price.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback points to a truck that feels dependable in everyday use, with owners highlighting smooth performance and a generally trouble-free ownership experience. That said, the model has some known concerns in its broader history, so used buyers should pay close attention to maintenance records and how the truck has aged over time. For long-term ownership, your risk is lower when you choose a well-kept example with clean service history and no signs of unresolved drivetrain or cabin issues.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Chevrolet Colorado?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 81.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should start with a vehicle history report to confirm accident history, title status, and service records. Then prioritize a thorough inspection of the transmission, cabin electronics, and overall interior condition, since those are the kinds of areas that can separate a clean truck from a costly one. It also helps to focus on how the truck drives and shifts, because condition matters more than mileage alone on a used pickup.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chevrolet Colorado?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value.

• Deal availability: 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,756 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.48% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 81.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $25,699, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chevrolet Colorado's resale value?

The current average of $25,863 sits slightly below last year's $28,571.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy at a better entry point now. For a future seller, the softer pricing means resale gains may be more limited unless you buy well and keep the truck in excellent condition. Trim choice, mileage, and maintenance history will matter a lot when it comes time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 33.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 81.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.48% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $33,563, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $25,863 average.
• The redesign brings a crew-cab-only layout with more modern standard tech.

The bottom line: If you want the better value, the 2022 is the smarter buy because it combines a lower average price with solid owner satisfaction and decent deal availability. If you’re willing to spend more for the redesigned truck and its newer standard equipment, the 2023 is the better secondary path for buyers who prioritize updated tech over price.
