Used 2022 Audi A6 for Sale nearBirmingham, AL

How much does the 2022 Audi A6 cost?

Prices have softened 20.39% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 455 listings available, which gives you a meaningful pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2022 Audi A6 a good car?

The 2022 Audi A6 appeals if you want a premium midsize sedan with standard all-wheel drive, standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual screens, lots of connectivity, and semi-autonomous capability. It also offers a broad equipment list and available performance, so you can shop for a more basic luxury setup or a better-equipped version depending on your needs.

The tradeoffs are clear: it is unlikely to be a bargain, and the source also points to a front-wheel-drive bias, disappointing fuel economy, conservative exterior styling, and a poorly executed infotainment system. Even so, the A6 remains a strong fit if you value an understated luxury feel with a modern feature set. 41.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Audi A6 reliable?

The 2022 Audi A6 is presented as a well-equipped luxury sedan with standard quattro all-wheel drive, a strong technology roster, and a modern chassis, which supports its appeal for buyers who want a polished daily driver. Its broad feature set and available safety and convenience equipment also suggest a car that was engineered to feel thoroughly up to date.

For long-term ownership, you should still plan for the usual used-luxury-car risk: higher repair complexity and potentially higher maintenance costs if the car was not well cared for. A thorough pre-purchase inspection matters here.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Audi A6?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection that checks for signs of prior damage, uneven wear, and any electrical or infotainment issues. Because this model leans heavily on technology, make sure every major feature works as intended and that the car’s condition matches its asking price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Audi A6?

This looks like a buyer-friendly market, with pricing down from last year and a decent amount of inventory to compare. You have enough listings and deal activity to shop carefully rather than rush into the first clean example you see.

• Deal availability: 41.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 455 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.39% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $30,183, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Audi A6's resale value?

The current average of $30,201 sits slightly below last year's $37,935.

That decline suggests the market has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help you if you buy now and hold the car for a while. For a future seller, the upside is that a well-kept example with strong history and desirable equipment should still be easier to market than a rougher one. The key is to buy a clean, well-optioned car so you have the best chance of preserving value later.

Should I buy a 2022 Audi A6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 41.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.39% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2022 Audi A6 is the right pick if you want the newer-feeling version of this generation with a strong technology roster, standard all-wheel drive, and a market that currently favors buyers. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth comparing, but the 2022 stands out as the balanced choice when you want modern features and a more favorable used-car price environment.
