Used 2021 Toyota Supra for Sale nearCincinnati, OH

How much does the 2021 Toyota Supra cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 217 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2021 Toyota Supra a good car?

Yes — the 2021 Toyota Supra earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.5/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

Drivers consistently praise its sporty performance, fast acceleration, and eye-catching design. The car also stands out for its distinctive styling and strong driving feel, which fit its focused sports-car mission. On the downside, some owners mention limited interior space and missing features in base models.

The expert review also points to a poor ride quality and the lack of a manual transmission as meaningful trade-offs. That makes the Supra a better fit if you want a stylish, driver-focused coupe rather than a broadly practical daily driver.

Good and great deals account for 31.8% of listings, which suggests there are still some attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2021 Toyota Supra reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback points to a car that feels dependable in the ways sports-car shoppers care about most: strong performance, quick acceleration, and a satisfying ownership experience. The expert review also describes the powertrain as smooth and the car’s responses as well dialed in, which supports the impression of a well-sorted package.

Toyota includes standard electronic safety aids and a strong-feeling body structure, which adds confidence for long-term use. For used buyers, the main ownership risk is less about basic dependability and more about whether the car’s condition and equipment history match its sporty, high-strung mission.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Toyota Supra?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because a sports car like this can be driven hard even when it looks clean on paper. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on tires, brakes, suspension, and signs of curb rash or track use. You should also confirm that the equipment level matches what you want, since some desirable features are bundled into packages.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base car is the more affordable entry point, while the higher-spec version adds the fuller leather interior and more upscale feel. The base model is the one where you most want to confirm that you are not giving up features you care about.
• Powertrain: You get a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four with 255 horsepower or a turbocharged inline-six with 382 hp. Both use an eight-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, and the four-cylinder is the lighter, more affordable choice.
• Safety package: The Safety and Technology Package adds navigation, a 12-speaker JBL stereo, wireless Apple CarPlay, and four years of smartphone access. It also brings blind-spot monitoring, rear emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control.
• Infotainment: All 2021 models have an 8.8-inch touchscreen. Wireless Apple CarPlay is included with the Safety and Technology Package, and the system uses BMW-based iDrive software.
• Fuel efficiency: The four-cylinder returns 28 mpg combined in testing, and the six-cylinder is rated 22/30/25.

Which 2021 Toyota Supra trim should I buy?

The 2021 Toyota Supra is offered in 2 trim levels: 2.0 and 3.0.

Here's the short version:

• 2.0: This is the best-value choice if you want the Supra experience at the lowest entry price. It still delivers strong performance, sharp handling, and the same standout styling, but you give up some of the more upscale hardware and the stronger braking setup.
• 3.0: This is the better pick if you want the full Supra experience. It brings the more powerful inline-six, the more complete performance hardware, and the more premium feel that suits the car’s mission best.

The Safety and Technology Package is the key safety-related upgrade to look for if you want the fuller driver-assistance and tech feature set.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Toyota Supra?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right car.

• Deal availability: 31.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 217 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 78.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $45,337, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Toyota Supra's resale value?

The current average of $47,596 sits slightly above last year's $47,582.

That small increase suggests the market has been stable, which is usually a good sign if you plan to sell later. A steady price pattern can help protect your value because buyers are not seeing sharp swings that would pressure resale. The Supra’s strong enthusiast appeal also helps keep demand healthy among shoppers looking for a distinctive sports coupe.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2021 Toyota Supra safe?

The 2021 Toyota Supra has not been crash-tested by NHTSA or IIHS.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety equipment includes forward automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, lane-keep assist, auto high beams, and knee airbags for both front occupants. Blind-spot monitoring, rear emergency braking, and adaptive cruise control are included in the Safety and Technology Package.

Should I buy a 2021 Toyota Supra or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 31.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It adds two new engines, giving you a more affordable entry point or a stronger performance option.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $49,824, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $47,596 average.
• It marked the Supra’s long-awaited return and emphasized the car’s comeback appeal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $50,832, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $47,596 average.
• It keeps the focus on driving enjoyment with the same turbocharged engine choices.

The bottom line: The 2021 is the sweet spot if you want the newer engine lineup and a stable used-car market. If you are price-sensitive, the 2020 can still make sense, but the 2021 gives you a better balance of value and choice.
